At the age of four, children start to build longer sentences, count to ten and ask the question "why?" with the frequency of a machine gun. And in Switzerland? They learn to ski. That's what happened to my husband, who had his first ski runs right here, in Dieni. Our sons followed in his footsteps. You understand that there could only be one winter address for us!

In the area, we have 165 km of trails, 33 ski lifts reaching 3,000 m above sea level. And a bonus, a holiday from the car, because everything is at your fingertips. From the balcony we look at the cross-country trails, the ski lifts are a few meters away, and the toboggan run ends exactly 20 steps from the apartment. Sometimes we swap our skis for snowshoes and go on a family trip. And other times we choose to relax in the thermal baths with swimming pools and sauna. In summer, the landscape changes to green: mountain trails, meadows, cows, horses. There is also rafting and via ferrata climbing. We don't expect boredom. But we know a few tricks to save money and we're happy to share them.

This is us in all our glory. A family living in Switzerland. My husband Stefan and I are architects from Zurich. We have two wonderful sons (Kim and Nick). My husband first fell in love with me, and then maybe even more with Poland. I'm not jealous, because thanks to this we were able to fulfill our shared dream of houses by the lake in Poland. We love to travel, eat well and meet new interesting people. We invite you to our blue houses with a million-dollar view.   • RULES OF THE “BLUE ALPINE” HOUSE

    § 1. Rules

    1. The rules specifying the terms of service are an integral part of the rental. The Parties undertake to comply with their provisions.
    § 2. Payments

    1. The reservation is confirmed after the deposit is paid.
    2. The remaining part of the rental fee must be paid by bank transfer no later than 30 days before arrival.

    3. In the event of failure to pay the full amount (including the deposit) at least 30 days before arrival, the reservation will be canceled.

    § 3. Cancellation conditions

    1. For private bookings: Full refund in the event of cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date. The deposit is non-refundable, but will be included in the new booking (for cancellations 30 days before the date).

    2. For bookings via other platforms, the cancellation conditions described on their website apply.

    § 4. Price (covered costs)

    1. Stay in the house of the previously agreed number of guests. We do not accept any additional unregistered guests on our entire property.

    2. Cost of utilities used by guests (energy, water, heating)

    4. Use of the fully equipped kitchen
    5. 1 basket of dry wood for the fireplace
    6. Tenants receive 1 key: to the apartment Tenants are charged a fee of CHF 50 / per key for losing the house keys.

    § 5. Additional costs

    1. Additional firewood according to consumption (an additional box of wood costs 25 CHF)
    The deposit that guests have sent will be reduced by these costs.

    2. Pets are not allowed.

    § 6. Financial liability
    1. The tenant is financially responsible for all damages caused to the house during their stay and agrees that any repairs to any damages or removal of defects caused by their fault (valued over the amount of the deposit paid) will be carried out at their expense.

    2. The landlord is not responsible for any items left in the apartment.

    3. In the event of any breakdowns, the tenant has the right and obligation to report them and use the appropriate assistance provided by the owner.

    4. Parking is only possible in the parking lot in the designated area. Parking No. 7
    Please park other vehicles in the municipal parking lot (approx. 130 m away). Paid parking space.
    5. Barbecuing on the balcony is strictly prohibited.

    § 7. Deposit
    1. To cover any damages incurred during the use of the premises by the Tenant, the Tenant will transfer to the landlord's representative a refundable deposit of CHF 500 payable by bank transfer 30 days before arrival.

    2. The deposit will be returned in 100% after receipt and no objections to all equipment (up to 3 days).

    3. In addition, the Tenant is financially responsible for all damages incurred in the house during the stay and agrees that any repairs to any damages or removal of defects caused by his fault (valued over the amount of the deposit paid) will be carried out at his expense.

    § 8. Rental period and quiet hours.

    1. The rental day lasts from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival to 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

    2. Quiet hours: from 22.00-8.00

    § 9. Declaration
    1. Tenants using the house rental undertake to comply with the provisions of these regulations, health and safety and fire protection regulations and, in exceptional situations, to comply with the requests of the owner of the property.
    2. During their stay, the Tenants themselves take care of the order in the house and its surroundings.
    3. Tenants are obliged to return the house and property in the condition in which they found them.
    4. In the event of leaving the house in a grossly neglected condition, above-standard cleaning will be deducted from the deposit. Additional cleaning will be deducted at the rate of CHF 50/hour.
    5. Due to the safety and comfort of all guests staying with us, smoking is strictly prohibited in the house. In the event of failure to comply with the ban, the Tenant will be charged the costs of odor removal (ozonation).
    6. Tenants are obliged to segregate waste.
    7. No confetti allowed (in the house and on the entire plot). Additional cleaning will be charged at the rate of 50.-/hour.

    8. Tenants are required to separate waste.

    9. No walking in shoes in the house.

    The tenant declares that prior to booking, the text of these house regulations has been personally read, fully understood and accepted by him.
