At a glance
There are places you go to with a map, but you only return with your memory. Pozaczasowisko lies at the very edge of Poland, right on the border with the Czech Republic, in the Stone Mountains, at the foot of the Suche Mountains. To get there, you have to pass Mieroszów, drive through Golińsk, and just before the border – beyond the railway tracks – turn left onto a bike path. Navigation gets lost, signal gets weak, and that's the point.
Around a pond full of fish, we built three cottages – each for a couple. They're far enough apart that you won't see your neighbors. In the morning, light streams in through the large windows, painting streaks across the wooden floor. Sometimes you'll see deer in the meadow, and sometimes fishermen who come to our pond – you can wave, smile, and say "hello," because neighborly warmth still reigns here. In the evening, you light the fire in the fireplace, and a silence falls outside, audible, and the stars over the pond have no competition because there are no streetlights.
All electricity at Pozaczasowisko comes from solar panels and energy storage. We don't mow the grass – it grows as it pleases. There's no fence separating us from the meadows and fields. We conserve water, turn off the lights, and venture out into the tall grass in wellies (they'll be waiting for you on site). This is our philosophy: to interfere as little as possible with what we find. If you feel this atmosphere, we invite you to join us.

When you come across such a beautiful plot of land on the very edge of Poland, ideas come to mind. I knew that I wanted to create houses that would interfere as little as possible with the natural environment and the existing terrain. So we save electricity, because all the electricity we have comes from solar panels and our energy storage. We also take care of water consumption due to limited sewage disposal. We do not mow the grass evenly and do not sow species that do not occur naturally in the Kamienne Mountains. If you feel this atmosphere and want to relax in peace, with a view of the mountains, I invite you. I have a feeling that you will find it beautiful here.
