The taste of wild strawberries growing around the cottages is unforgettable. We have been preparing jars for them and wild garlic pesto since spring. Amidst nature as if from Konopnicka's fairy tale, our astrays are: two cottages hidden by the forest, blending into the landscape of the magical village of Ropki. If you like the Low Beskids, you have certainly heard of Ropki. If not, we envy you that everything is ahead of you. This is a wild village with wooden buildings scattered between hills, from which mists rise in the morning. Artistic souls, people in love with the Beskid landscape and intrigued by its history, flock here. Wooden houses hide colorful characters. An aura of mystery is added by stories about the former inhabitants of these parts, the Lemkos. This is where we decided to settle. We have built 2 houses made of 100-year-old logs, to which we would like to invite Guests interested in Ropki. Our own house will be built next door someday. For now, we will welcome you in a cottage with green shutters: cozy and full of nooks to hide away. Here, you can sit in the sauna and let go of all your stress, catch up on a good novel by the fireplace, and hit the trail right from the doorstep. The Beskid Niski will welcome you with a never-ending story.

The cottage consists of a vestibule, a living room with a fireplace and comfortable sofas, a kitchen with a table, a bathroom with a sauna. From the living room there is an exit to a covered, panoramic terrace.

Upstairs: two 4-person bedrooms (each with 1 double bed and 2 single beds) and a toilet.

All guests receive a welcome basket with local delicacies, meals can be ordered in the vicinity, and regional restaurants are only 4 km away.

Here, time passes slowly… without unnecessary time-wasters. No internet, no signal… but there is a bubble bath and a barrel for winter swimming under the cottage. We also have a nice place for a bonfire with a covered table with benches. In the summer, we hang hammocks in the garden, and the kids go wild climbing trees.

This is a good place to detox from social media. The cottages are located under a forest full of mushrooms and wild raspberries. There are gurgling streams all around and you can easily commune with nature: encounters with salamanders, roe deers and grass snakes. We have peace and quiet, beautiful views and incredibly clean air.

You can set off on trails directly from us, without getting in the car. Among others, to the highest peak of the Low Beskids in Poland: Lackowa, as well as trails in Slovakia, including the highest peak of the Low Beskids: Busov.

If you have one, take a bike with you! There is a place to ride.

In winter, close to the ski slopes - about 30 km: Krynica Zdrój, Tylicz.

Wysowa Zdrój is 4 km from us, you can go for a walk. In Wysowa: electric bike rental, in case of bad weather a new indoor swimming pool, numerous restaurants, shops, brine graduation tower, spa water pump room.

In Ropki you can ride horses in the intimate stable of the neighbors. 11 km from us is the largest stud farm of Hucul horses in Europe. 15 km from us is Lake Klimkowskie (kayaks, bikes, SUP, kitesurfing school).

All children are welcome here! There are toys, board games and a green, safe space around to run around. Within a short car ride you will find many attractions for those who are full of energy.

We don't have internet because this is a place where you should go for a digital detox. Leave your work in the city!
