At a glance
Swołowo is the capital of the Checkered Land. In a strip of approx. 80 km, we have more half-timbered houses here than anywhere else in Poland. In Swołowo itself, there are approx. 70 white buildings with a half-timbered structure, with black tarred beams. The circumstances of Pomeranian nature have quite naturally entered into the picture-perfect village on an elliptical plan. It is here that we created the Creative Initiatives Farm, wanting it to become the artistic heart of Swołowo. We have carefully restored the 19th-century farmyard, and adapted the spaces of the historic buildings for creating, resting, getting to know each other and spending time well. You don't have to be an artist to stay with us. But... you can become one. Beautiful natural surroundings and atmospheric, rustic spaces can unleash creativity. And this is certainly not only in parents - our farm is family-friendly and we are happy to host the youngest. We have a nice room for common activities, a café, a sauna and a large area around. We regularly organize concerts and workshops. The sea is 15 km away and the nearest checkered house is probably a few steps away. And even if the weather is bad, there is always something to do here. Come and spend some family, friendly and creative stays.

The Creative Initiatives Farm in Swołowo was established by the employees of the Cultural Center and Public Library of the Redzikowo Commune.
We like hosting people, organizing cultural events and taking care of the environment!
We created the farm with the idea of sharing the potential of Swołowo with others, where time flows slower and somehow quieter. We attract people who are not satisfied with mediocrity and cliché, but want to feel freedom, hospitality and comfort. In the farm, we managed to combine tradition and the expectations of modern tourists in perfect balance. Half-timbered buildings from over a hundred years ago hide modern solutions focused on comfort and the implementation of all your plans.
The host is an entrepreneur
