This place hit us like a bolt from the blue. This bolt in Masuria, 30 km from Olsztyn, located in the buffer zone of the Napiwodzko-Ramucka Forest Landscape Park. The plot is on a hill, slightly off the beaten track, near the lake, the neighbors are there, but you usually don't see or hear them, and it takes 2.5 hours to get there from Warsaw.

We invite you to the place that is our fourth child. We built the house with families with small children in mind, i.e. families like ours. There is a projector, a playroom, 4 bedrooms, a cot for a toddler, a washing machine and a dryer, and even a popcorn maker and a pancake plate. This is where we spend our holidays, our family of 5, play tennis on a private pitch, drink hot coffee on the terrace, and the kids have fun! We are distinguished by a huge, fenced plot (4500 m²), a tennis court, a sandbox, swings, a hammock and a great place for a bonfire. Just 400 meters along a picturesque path separate us from Lake Gromskie, where our private rowing boat and a new pier await you. Does it sound like a perfect vacation? Because it is! We invite you to a place where you can catch your breath and family is the most important thing.

In a house located on a large area, with a private tennis court, located 300 meters from the lake with a pier. The house is designed for a maximum of 10 adults and one toddler up to 3 years old. In the house we have 4 bedrooms - each with space for 2 people and a large sofa bed in the living room. One bedroom also serves as a great playroom for children. There is a large kitchen, dining room and two bathrooms. One with a shower, the other with a bathtub.

The house welcomes you with a porch with a comfortable bench. Then there is a large vestibule with hangers and comfortable seats for putting on shoes. Then the lower bathroom with a shower, automatic dryer and washing machine.

There is also a bedroom in a forest climate - a 160x200 bed with a comfortable mattress, a rocking chair and a wardrobe. We also have a mini library there with books and DVD movies and a collection of about 40 board and card games for different age categories.

Next we have a large living room with a fireplace (a woodshed with a supply of wood is available to guests), next to it a comfortable wing chair with a footrest. And a large, soft sofa. In the living room we also have a projector with PS4 and access to the terrace. There is a dining area with an oak table, and further on a fully equipped kitchen.

The terrace consists of two parts - a roofed one with a table, chairs and a coffee table with armchairs. The second one without a roof, recommended for "sunbathing" with deckchairs and small tables.

Beautiful wooden stairs lead to the first floor. The first room that greets you is a room with 2 single beds and a chest of drawers and a beautiful armchair in a crane.

The upper bathroom has a skylight located in such a way that while lying in the bathtub you can observe the sky (a few bath bombs and a candle are waiting for guests - if someone wants to relax in the atmosphere); there is also a shower, toilet and sink.

Next to the bathroom there is a small relaxation corner with 2 armchairs and a small table.

Further on in the house there is a large bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a small cot. We also have a very comfortable armchair with a footstool and a large wardrobe there.

At the end of the house there is the last very large room, which we call the playroom. There are 2 single beds and a comfortable armchair. It is also a place for children to play - there are books, a children's table, a children's toy kitchen with equipment, various blocks, wooden tracks and various vehicles.

P.S. on the first floor there are closed rooms marked as private - these are mainly storage rooms, storerooms and bedrooms inaccessible to guests.

Guests have access to a kitchen with a large fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, mixer, toaster and a "sanwiczer" toaster. There is also a machine for fat-free popcorn preparation and a pancake plate. Of course, there are also dishes, cutlery and pots. In the kitchen we also have a small coffee corner with two coffee machines - a Krups drip and a Tchibo capsule. We leave guests with coffee beans, capsules, a set of teas - we do not guarantee that it will be enough for the entire stay, but for the beginning for sure ;)

If you are a sports type, you couldn't have come to a better place.

A private, full-size tennis court is something you have literally 3 steps from the house (4 if you have short legs ;)). There are goals on the court, which also allow you to play football. On site, we leave 2 rackets for adults, 2 rackets for children and a few tennis balls for guests - for people who do not have their own rackets but would like to try playing. We also provide sets for badminton and other physical games and several balls "for kicking" of various hardness.

If you like swimming - 400 meters from the house there is a beautiful and a bit "wild" Gromskie Lake. A picturesque path leads to it, at the end of which there is a large new pier with two ladders. A 4-person rowing boat is moored at the pier, intended only for our guests.

If you prefer a gentler entrance to the lake than from a jetty - 2 km from our house (at Lake Leleskie) there is a camping site, where for a small fee you can use the entrance to the lake with a gently sloping sandy bottom (ideal for children). as well as a "wild" swimming area on Lake Gromskie - which can be reached on foot through the forest, by car (the last 500m walk) or by boat (an option for people who are not afraid of rowing 2.5 km one way).

If you are looking for more excitement, there is a diving base nearby in Leleszki.

The house is located on a huge estate with very large plots - the paths between them alone allow for jogging and walking. There are also forests nearby for slightly longer and more demanding routes.

And if you are a holiday "couch potato" type, you have also come to the right place! In our house, practically every step of the way there is a sofa, armchairs and places where you can sit and indulge in blissful laziness. On the terrace there are chairs, deckchairs, a hammock, which you can move according to your wishes. And if you sit for a while in silence on the terrace, there is a good chance that you will be able to watch birds, which are frequent guests on our plot.

In the evening, you can sit by the campfire, fry sausages "on a stick" or on the grill. We also recommend night viewing of the stars, which shine exceptionally above the thunderous sky.

And if you prefer evenings at home, you can light up the fireplace, read a book - we have a few in stock. You can also organize a movie night, turn on the projector and watch a movie on DVD or on Netflix.
You can also play board games - our collection is constantly growing, currently we have almost 40 games of various types for both young and old.

For children, we have a huge, fenced area. A sandbox with a mud kitchen and toys. Swings, trees for climbing. Balls for kicking and "dodgeball". And a pitch! You can play tennis or remove the net and organize a football tournament.

The house has a really big children's room with toys. There are books, a table with chairs, wooden tracks for assembly with vehicles for them. There are also blocks, animal figures and vehicles. We also have a fully equipped kitchen in the children's version. There are also board games - for both older and younger ones.

We have a cot for children, feeding chairs, and a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom.
