For the Kashubians, it's simply a rest, for the rest of the population a tongue twister. Welcome to Ódpóczinek, a house full of delicacies and details that we have hidden in 120 m2. Here, a lamp by a Polish designer will shine, there, a vinyl record will play, in the bathroom, a poster by a local artist will catch your eye. In three bedrooms there are extremely comfortable beds, in the kitchen a food processor, a drip coffee maker, our family recipe book and a pantry, which will definitely contain some cooking products. Come, check what's in the pantry and only then go shopping to fill in the gaps. And then a bonfire or barbecue and a hop to the lake.

This house is our dream come true. A dream of a view of the water, evenings with home cinema, afternoons under a soft blanket with a cat on your lap, mornings with coffee on the terrace and long walks with the dog. Dog Rhubarb and cat Baltazar are our holiday companions, so the house had to be pet-friendly. Gather your team, pack your furry friends and head for Kashubia. We invite you to our resting house.

Hello! This is Marta and Kuba, we are a couple from two different regions of Poland - I am from Gdynia and Kuba is from Silesia. We met in Warsaw, but we decided to live permanently in Gdynia and create our beloved place in Kashubia, ÒDPÒCZINK. We have a dog Rabarbar and a cat Baltazar, without whom we cannot imagine a holiday, so our place is open to your pets without additional fees. Over the past year, we have been working on every detail of our house to be able to share it with you! We love Kashubia and we ourselves are happy to spend every free moment here. We hope that our house will bring you as much joy as it did us and that you will be able to relax there during your Kashubian holiday. :)

When you book accommodation on Slowhop, you enter into a contract directly with the Host. Slowhop, our cheerful team, is responsible for the selection of Hosts, the functionality of the platform, payment of the advance payment – ​​the Host for the content of the offer, the method of its implementation and complaints. The Host is not an entrepreneur, so you are not subject to protection under EU consumer law.

Large house with 3 bedrooms (in one the bed can be separated into two singles) and 2 bathrooms and a large living room with a sofa bed, with a dining room and kitchen. The plot of 1500m2 is fenced, there is a covered gazebo and a large viewing terrace with lounge furniture.

How do I get there?

Car

  • Our address: Czajki 1, Połęczyno, Kashubia Region, Poland

  • The only way to get to us is by car. However, there is a train station in Somonino (PolRegio/PKM lines) nearby. If someone from your team were to come, you can always pick them up from there in 15 minutes. The best route is through Żukowo (soon through the Żukowo bypass) and then to Egiertowo, where you turn off towards Połęczyn. From Gdańsk, you can also get there through Kolbudy - Przywidz. The last section is a dirt road, and the house itself is located on a hill. We recommend not stopping at the driveway, but driving bravely to the very top! :) There is a carport for one car next to the house. The second one will easily fit next to it, the rest on the road below.

Other rules

  • 1. The Tenant is obliged to inform the Landlord of the planned arrival time, no later than 1 day before arrival.

    2. On the day of commencement of the lease, the Tenant receives the keys to the building, collects the house with its equipment, is informed about the use of home installations and the procedure in emergency situations, and is also obliged to pay a security deposit of PLN 1,000 in cash, which will be returned on the day of departure after the house has been collected without any defects.

    3. It is forbidden to organize commercial photo and recording sessions without the written consent of the Landlord.

    4. The Tenant may not transfer or make the house available to third parties.

    5. In the event of exceeding the declared number of people using the House (without the consent and knowledge of the Landlord), the right to immediately terminate the agreement with all consequences is reserved without having to return the previously paid fee.
    6. The Tenant is obliged to maintain and return the House in the same condition as found, which includes in particular leaving washed dishes and kitchen equipment before departure, emptying the refrigerator of food, and leaving the surroundings of the House in the same condition as found. Failure to comply with the above obligation will result in deduction of PLN 400 from the deposit for additional cleaning.

    7. Due to the waste segregation in force in the commune, the Tenant is obliged to segregate waste, using appropriate containers (paper, plastic, glass) located on the property.

    8. The Tenant is financially liable for any damage or destruction of equipment and technical devices caused by his fault.

    9. In the event of damage or technical failure, the Tenant should notify the Landlord immediately after it is discovered.

    10. The Landlord is not liable for any damage incurred during the rental by the Tenant, or for persons staying there (including children).
    11. The Landlord shall not be liable for any accidents involving the Tenant or persons staying with him during the lease.

    12. The Landlord shall not be liable for any power outages due to reasons attributable to the power company.

    13. Users of the facility are obliged to comply with fire safety regulations.

    14. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the House.

    15. The lighting of fireworks is prohibited throughout the property.

    16. Due to fire protection requirements, it is prohibited to use any devices or appliances powered by electricity or gas in the House that are not part of the equipment of these rooms and that may create a fire hazard, e.g. electric heaters, radiators, gas burners. It is prohibited to bring flammable materials, explosives or materials with an unpleasant smell into the House.

    17. Vehicles may be parked on the property. The Landlord shall not be liable for damage to vehicles.

    18. Each time the Tenant leaves the house, he/she should check that the main and terrace doors are closed. The Landlord is not responsible for any items left in the House. 19. The Landlord has the right to terminate the lease agreement immediately, retaining the full amount due for the lease, in the event of a gross violation of these regulations or damage caused by the Tenant.
