It's time to open the doors to the sanatorium of youth. A Sudeten house that perfectly blends with the landscape of Świeradowiec and the spa's atmosphere. These are not empty words; here you can truly feel like a young god or goddess, regain your strength, revitalize your nerves, and strengthen your immunity. For hundreds of years, Świeradów-Zdrój has been famous for its unique, albeit controversially flavored, healing waters, which earned it the nickname "Valley of Youth." Cryotherapy, however, can be practiced every winter day, thanks to the harsh, invigorating, mountainous climate, one of the coldest in the entire Sudetes. So, you don't have to douse yourself in peat mud and bathe in spruce bark to feel like a true spa guest.

Settle down in a half-timbered house built on the outskirts of Świeradów, nestled among lush greenery. The architecture is natural, and the surroundings are naturally beautiful. From the large terrace, we have a view of Sępia Góra, and Sępia Góra overlooks the Karkonosze Mountains, the Jizera Foothills, the Jelenia Góra Valley, and the Lusatian Mountains. Gather a group of vacationers eager for hot tub baths, sauna sessions, prosecco on the terrace, and long hikes and bike rides, and come to Świeradów-Zdrój. Time to get rejuvenated!

PS: My second home, Moondwood House, is right next door, on the same property. So, it's possible that another group will be relaxing nearby.

The house features three bedrooms with comfortable beds and three bathrooms. The ground floor is an open-plan space, a living room with a fireplace, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The first floor houses bedrooms, bathrooms, and a sauna.

Outside, a large terrace overlooks the Jizera Mountain sky, which shines brighter at night than anywhere else. A stream flows behind the terrace.

I'm handing over a fully equipped kitchen to you, and I wish you bon appétit. The rest is up to you. The kitchen has a window overlooking the soothing greenery, so cooking here is a pure pleasure. The long table encourages communal meals, but the dining experience can also be extended outdoors. There's a large terrace with a table and sofas.

If making fried eggs in the morning is your vacation's highlight, you can head to a restaurant or order takeout. A kilometer from the house, on the Kwisa River, there's a smokehouse serving excellent smoked trout. You can find local produce at a neighbor's place, 500 meters away. Other recommended restaurants can be found above.

Whether you're standing or lying down, rest is a must. Time can be spent walking, cycling, skiing, relaxing on the couch, swimming in waterfalls, with your head in the clouds, reading a book on the terrace, sipping wine in the tub, or in the evenings in the sauna or bathtub.

Świeradów-Zdrój, as the name suggests, has healing properties. So, you can drink the water, which has a questionable taste but therapeutic properties, admire the interior of the Spa House, boost your step count, and inhale radon, which has a beneficial effect on our bodies, cellular metabolism, and nervous tissue. In Świeradów, you'll find it in the water (including from our well), in the soil, and in the air.

What else is worth doing in the area:
- bathe in the Kwisa Waterfall,
- take a walk in the clouds on the Sky Walk tower – a large tower that leads to a viewing terrace and down a 105-meter slide,
- explore the surrounding trails, such as the one leading to the Chatka Górzystów Mountain Shelter, where they serve their famous pancakes,
- ski in the winter at the SKI & SUN Świeradów-Zdrój,
- get your legs moving on cross-country skis in Jakuszyce,
- try your hand at one of the many cycling Single Tracks in the summer,
- or run mountain kilometers on Run Tracks in the forests of Świeradów-Zdrój,
- get rid of your sore muscles by climbing Stóg Izerski along the route aptly named Droga Katorga, which has a very steep climb but fantastic views,
- practice your MTB skills on the surrounding forest roads,
- climb Sępia Góra for great views of the surrounding area,
- take the stairs to the Observation Tower on Czerniawska Kopa for equally beautiful landscapes,
- see the Rock of Hercules,
- admire the Milky Way, the Andromeda Galaxy, nebulae, galaxies, star clusters, and with a lot of luck, shooting stars in the Izerski Dark Sky Park on Hala Izerska,
- Soak your feet in the Wodopój stream and listen to the murmur of the Poidło Waterfall,
- take a peat bath at the Bovine Treatment Center, formerly known as Maria's Baths,
- discover the Liczyrzepa Tomb,
- hike to the Stanisław Quartz Mine, the highest open-pit mine in Central Europe, where milky and pink quartz crystals were mined. Along the way, you can find colorful treasures, amethysts, and rock crystals. The mine is located on the northeastern slope of the Jizera Garby hill in the Jizera Mountains.
