At a glance
Grandma Marysia gave this forest to my husband 30 years ago. She did the right thing, because thanks to her, we found our place on Earth. First there was the forest, and then the house – saved from demolition at the last minute: bought from the owner and moved to our plot. Rebuilt from hundred-year-old logs among tall pines. It looks as if it had been there forever, doesn't it? You, too, will feel as if you've belonged to this place for ages. In the forest, the world freezes – the rush of big cities doesn't reach here, simple tasks aren't measured by a clock, and the best thing you can do is focus on yourself. On each other, during shared breakfasts and long conversations on the terrace. And on yourselves, taking in the forest in a hammock or on a walk. Inhale, exhale. Two days in complete silence and surrounded by trees are enough to restore you to your factory settings. Inhale, exhale. Hiking along the Narew River's oxbow lake allows you to leave everyday stresses behind. Inhale, exhale. Come to Chełsty and soak up the peace and quiet.

We are a crazy family of 2+2+2 dogs. We are architects who are sensitive to beauty, we are aesthetes, we are fans of flea markets where we look for old furniture, we are people who love nature... I could write like this forever... so I will end here ;)
