There is no denying that Gąsiorówka was created by a mother of 5 children. This is a place that is completely family-oriented, because it was created with the participation of the entire family and with our passions in mind. We have spent half our lives on tennis courts, whether during tournaments or training, so here too we have two tennis courts. And with a view of the lake. In addition, we are constantly carried away, so there is SUP swimming, kayaking, family games - from table football, through table tennis, to billiards and evening bonfires. Psst, there is also a sauna for adults.

Gąsiorówka was built on the remains of an old sports center from the 90s, so you will feel the spirit of youth camps and company holidays here, but only in the best sense of the word. The interiors of the rooms, apartments and cottages have undergone a complete metamorphosis. We have restored them in a cozy Scandinavian style, based on my son's designs. Each apartment has its own kitchenette, the windows overlook the lake, and in the summer (by prior arrangement) we will bring breakfast baskets to your door. During the renovations, our grandchildren were with us constantly. Their entire days were filled with outdoor play. In the evenings, it was difficult to persuade them to go to bed. I suspect that it will be the same with your little ones.

Our Gąsiorówka is a holiday like in the past. In cottages and apartments right by the lake, with a large shared garden. You can choose cottages: Ziemianka (for 4-6 people) and Usługówka (for 2-4 people), and five apartments: apartment no. 1. (for 2-3 people), no. 2. (for 2-3 people), no. 3. (for 2-4 people) and Stryszek (for 5 people).

Stryszek is a room for 5 people located on the first floor of the largest building in Gąsiorówka, with access to a shared terrace, which is also a place for games. We recommend it most to groups of friends or families who love long evening activities and love contact with people. In the attic there are two bedrooms (one of which is on the mezzanine), a living room with a kitchenette and a wardrobe and a bathroom with a shower. In the first bedroom there is a double bed, and on the mezzanine three single beds. The windows offer a beautiful view of the lake.

The dugout is a comfortable sized cottage for 4 people with a spacious living room with a kitchenette and fireplace, and a bathroom with a shower. It is a great choice for two couples or a family. The first bedroom has two single beds, a shelf for clothes and suitcases. The second bedroom has one double bed and a spacious wardrobe. There is a possibility of extending the sofa in the living room, which will accommodate 1 or 2 children. The windows of the dugout offer a beautiful view of the lake.

The servants' house is a cozy cottage lined with wood from floor to ceiling, with one bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe, a common room with a kitchenette, a living room with a fireplace, a landing with a seating area and a bathroom with a shower. It is an ideal choice for couples. It is also possible to organize an extra bed for 1 or 2 children on single futon mattresses. The windows of the servants' house offer a beautiful view of the lake.

Apartment 1 is located in the pavilion - a series of apartments in an atmospheric wooden building. We recommend it for couples. It has large windows with a direct view of the lake. It consists of a large room with a kitchenette, living room, fireplace, wardrobe and sofa, which we can prepare as an extra bed for a child (180 m long futon mattress), a mezzanine with two single mattresses, which can be pushed together, and a bathroom with a shower.

Apartment 2 is located in the pavilion - a series of apartments in an atmospheric wooden building. It is a cozy space lined with wood, ideal for couples. There is a bedroom separated by a curtain with a double bed overlooking the sky, a room with a kitchenette and sofa, and a bathroom with a shower. It is possible to make an extra bed on the sofa for 1 child.

Apartment 3 is located in the pavilion - a series of apartments in an atmospheric wooden building. It consists of a large living room with a kitchenette and sofa, a bedroom with a double bed overlooking the sky and a bathroom with a shower. It is a great choice for couples or families. It is possible to make an extra bed in the form of a fold-out sofa, which will accommodate 1 or 2 children.

Apartment 4 is located in the pavilion - a series of apartments in an atmospheric wooden building. Apartment 4 is an additional tiny apartment that comfortably accommodates one person. The only one of all in Gąsiorówka does not have a view of the lake. It has a single bed, a well-equipped kitchenette, a small table and hangers. We recommend it for people who want to change the environment for their remote work.

All cottages and rooms have kitchenettes equipped with a fridge, freezer, induction hob, drip coffee maker, kettle, cutlery and dishes, frying pans, pots, spices, tea and coffee.

In the season, for an additional fee and by prior arrangement, we serve breakfasts in the form of vegetarian takeaway baskets.

On the premises of Gąsiorówka there is also a specially designated area for organizing a bonfire or barbecue.

The nearest grocery store is located 1 km from our settlement in Giławy, and in Pasym, a 15-minute drive away (13 km) you will find Biedronka, Lewiatan, Delikatesy Centrum and a good local pizzeria Family Pizza Truck.

Our space and surrounding area offer numerous opportunities for active recreation. We provide three kayaks, a boat, and two SUPs (included in the price of your stay). We value our family atmosphere, so we'd appreciate sharing your equipment with other guests.

We have two tennis courts on our property, which we'll gladly prepare for play by appointment (additional fee; available from late spring to early autumn). Fishing license holders can also enjoy our lake, which has direct access from two piers and is ideal for fishing. We've also prepared a games area on the terrace, featuring billiards, a ping-pong table, foosball, and a table for card and board games. We also encourage you to use our library.

Gąsiorowo and the surrounding area offer vast areas of picturesque fields and forests, perfect for walks any time of year. In autumn, we especially recommend a rewarding mushroom picking trip. And if you have the opportunity, taking your bikes is a great idea.

In summer, we invite you to relax on the loungers and swim in the lake, and in winter, we invite you to take a dip in the winter swimming pool. There's also a dry sauna in the common area (additional fee).

Regardless of the season, evenings are the perfect time for a bonfire and admiring the starry sky. Upon request, we can also organize moonlit summer cinemas.

For the youngest, we have prepared a special swimming area in the lake with an entrance from the shore, swings, a playground and a sandbox. Older children can also jump from the jetties onto the bomb! For family games, we have ping pong, billiards and table football.

From our experience, we know that children will have the most fun observing nature. Children love watching frogs, fish, insects and various birds that constantly hang out around the lake. In close proximity, you can also meet grazing cows and horses, as well as dozens of storks on walks.

In the village, there is also a stud farm Hoculskie Ranczo, where you can arrange horse riding. We especially recommend rides in the surrounding forests.

We have pretty decent internet (sometimes it breaks, but it's supposed to be good from July 3!), beautiful views, and comfortable sofas and armchairs in all apartments and cottages. There's a corner for those who love working outdoors, as well as those who value silence and the comfort of cozy interiors.
