When we were looking for an alternative to retirement, we never imagined it would take the form of a 200-year-old house in the village of Ubocze in Lower Silesia. A house where we decided to fulfill our dreams of creating a unique space for ourselves, our loved ones, and—we hope—our guests. For seven years, step by step, we restored its former charm, combining original details with modern solutions. Not only the walls but also the furniture, materials, and surroundings have been given a second life. We poured our hearts into this place and hope that our passion and attention to the smallest detail are evident at every turn.
Our house has 250 m² of common space and a spacious garden with three terraces, including our favorite in the grove by the pond. Behind the house, there is nothing but forest groves and meadows. We wanted it to be a place to pause and unwind, but also to discover new passions and celebrate with loved ones. Upstairs, you'll find two comfortable double rooms with bathrooms and a larger apartment with a kitchenette. We invite everyone who appreciates authenticity, inspiring interiors, and needs a moment of respite in picturesque surroundings.

Two friends, one dream – a new beginning far from the hustle and bustle. We met years ago.
When retirement arrived, instead of settling into the comfortable rhythm of the city, we made a decision that surprised many. We chose silence, nature, and... the ruins of an old, over 200-year-old house.
The building was badly damaged, forgotten by time, but we saw something more in it – potential, atmosphere, a new life. Step by step, over seven years, a place was created that is today a cozy agritourism retreat with a unique atmosphere. Our home is a space steeped in history, yet adapted to the demands of today.
