We know a few things about Grywałd. First of all: it lies brazenly beautiful between the Gorce range and the Pieniny range. Secondly: thanks to the valley which is sheltered from the wind, we have a specific microclimate here and a lot of sunny days. Thirdly: before the war, Grywałd had the highest concentration of shamans and witches per square kilometre of area. Perhaps it was thanks to the legends about the goddesses who liked green peas and stubbornly stole it from local farmers. Or maybe the best herbs and flowers grow here - great for health infusions and healing.
We have three spruce cottages for you. They like children, big families and groups of friends who value peace. Guests like to admire the view of the Three Crowns Range in the Pieniny Mountains and the surrounding meadows. They like to send their guests to the herbal Spa - Pienińskie Herbarium, where guests enjoy massages based on organic, hand-made liniments and oils from herbs and flowers, saunas and cosmetic treatments.
We are here for guests to take part in a mountain adventure. We encourage you to chop wood, rake hay, go on runs and bike trips with the hostess, taste local delicacies and have a digital detox. You can hug a horse, talk to a cat, and if you want to totally relax, we will keep your phone and TV card safe. Welcome!
The settlement is very intimate, we have only three spruce huts, separated from each other. We wanted them to be like those we know from our childhood. Fragrant wood and decorated as it used to be. So we present: Chaber Chaber, Chabek Mniszek and Chatka Smagliczka. The houses offer a view of the Three Crowns Range in the Pieniny Mountains and the surrounding meadows.
Each of the huts can accommodate a maximum of 6 people, preferably 4 people. Each has its own garden and playground.
- On the first floor there are two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and two separate bedrooms in the other
- The living room has a sofa bed for 2 people.
- The huts have a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, cutlery, pots, microwave oven, induction cooker,
refrigerator, cleaning products
- In the Smagliczka Cottage, there is an oven in the kitchen and a washing machine in the bathroom. The bedrooms have two double beds, one also has a single bed.
- The bathrooms have showers, powerful hair dryers, and towels at the request of guests.
There are swings in the cabins on covered porches. In each house there are terrace tables with chairs.
We have cots in each house. To make the evenings more pleasant, there are educational games and chess in each of the houses.
In the Pieniny Herbarium we have a mini library, everyone will find something for themselves.
There is wood for the fire and grill.
With our consent, you can take a nice cat. Puppies after agreement, we have a dog. Please contact us by phone in advance. There are self-assembly safety rails for children, of course, the host will also install 🙂, a bathtub for a baby and 2 high chairs ♥ ️ for rent. If you want to work and you are used to working in an office, we have a separate, aromatic workplace for you, with fast internet.
We give you exclusive cottages, along with a perfectly equipped kitchen. You can do your shopping in Grywałd, and on request - for a fee - you can order a breakfast basket with regional delicacies - enough for a few good breakfasts. We also have a basket with our Złoto Pienin brand, which can be an ideal souvenir for lovers of mountain hiking. In our Herbarium you can buy products, mine, Bożenka's and Wiktoria's Złoto Pienin brand, pictures and woolen socks.
In case of total relaxation (without cooking, but with tasting), we recommend restaurants: There are restaurants nearby: - Pasterniki 2km (delicious pierogi, especially those with lamb)
- U Zosi in Szczawnica 5km (restaurant after Kuchennych Rewolucje, home-cooked food)
- U Walusia 2km (large portions of typical Polish food. Can be combined with a visit to the rope park on the other side).
Nobody was ever bored here. Close to everything: 5 minutes by car to Krościenko, 10 minutes to Szczawnica, the same amount to Lake Czorsztyńskie and the castle. 15 minutes to rafting on the Dunajec
- There are excellent bicycle routes, especially around Trzy Korony and Lake Czorsztyn. You can rent bikes from us.
- An ideal place for hiking to Lubań Gorce peak, from Krościenko to Trzy Korony, Sokolica.
- In winter you can ski. The nearest ski lift is Czorsztyński about 5 minutes by car.
- We recommend the tree crown path
- a trip to the Red Monastery in Slovakia or Wielki Lipnik from where you can return to Grywałd through Sromowce and Hałuszowa.
- we recommend a trip to the top of Lubań,
where there is an observation tower from which you can perfectly see the Tatra Mountains and the Beskids.

What’s there for children?
For children, the main attraction is our pets Milka the cat, Luluś unfortunately lost, Moli the dog, Kłapek the horse and sheep.
There is a huge area to roll around on the grass, and when you get bored - use one of the three playgrounds. And if not - take your parents to the Ablandia amusement park (2 km) and Homole Gorge in Jaworki (13 km).
We have bikes for rent free of charge, from us you will get to the route around Lake Czortyńskie
