The art is not being afraid when game approaches your window at night. And on our 6-hectare private estate, this is commonplace. The art is lighting a fireplace when your feet are cold. The art is doing nothing. And having fun doing it. Art is bread with butter, juicy tomatoes and chives, a shared breakfast in the yard. Appreciating small pleasures and simple moments. It's a bath in the bathtub, in the bathing room created in an old stable.

In this brick, former German farmhouse, we have a red cottage for you, a bathtub in the barn, hammocks everywhere, peace and quiet, and an owl in the chimney. You probably don't know Masuria like this. Without a lake under your nose, but far from the rushing world.

In an old, former German homestead, surrounded by six hectares of meadows and forests of the Pisz Forest. You'll be practically alone. Just the two of you, the cottage, the bathing area in the old stable, and the Masurian wilderness. A neighbor's farm is across the road, so occasionally a tractor will pass by and cows will parade through the pasture.

We're constantly trying to renovate the homestead – that's our plan for the rest of our lives. So far, we've managed to create a cottage with a cozy bedroom and an original tiled stove. There's a small kitchen, a round table, and windows overlooking the courtyard. There's also a bathroom with a comfortable bathtub, located where the old barn once was – it's in the same building as the bedroom, but you have to go outside to access it.

Red brick and old, brushed wood are the distinctive features of this place. This place has a beautiful and interesting history – there's a lot to write or tell. It's beautiful!

Almost 100 years ago, the owner of this place was Karl Bloch, a well-known local figure who was introducing very modern agricultural solutions at the time, hence the huge wooden barn, built without a single nail, and the building that once housed the old stables. The next owner was Mr. Jan – we bought the farmstead from him. We didn't get to meet him personally, but he left behind an extraordinary sense of order, tidiness, numerous mementos, and, most importantly, his biography, which now adorns the walls of our cottage. Mr. Jan was a forester, caring for the surrounding forests, and personally planted 3,500 trees on the farmstead (we have the documents to prove it:)).

* Warning, I'm a bit of a wimp: the bathroom is currently the only room without heating this year. Although there's hot water, the room's temperature on cool evenings helps to harden the body and mind and strengthen the circulatory system. We're working on this, but for the record, we can honestly promise a bathing experience a la an outdoor Masurian hot tub:))

A small but well-equipped kitchen is at your disposal, complete with a tiled stove, comfortable table, refrigerator, and dishes. Fresh eggs, cheese, and milk straight from the cow are available for purchase nearby (2 km).

If you want, you can get bored in the most beautiful way possible. There's a comfortable hammock, loungers, a cozy bed, and Netflix for evenings and rainy days. This place is perfect for true relaxation – the lack of close neighbors and the greenery surrounding you mean you're completely alone and safe. You can walk around all day in your pajamas or completely naked – no one comes here, except for deer and hares. You can grab a lounger and swap between meadows and forests, and vice versa. You can write a book or paint a picture here in complete peace and quiet – this place allows you to unleash your creativity.

The nearest lake – Lake Nidzkie – is 17 minutes from Wilamów.
Rafting on the Krutynia River is a 30-minute drive away.

For cultural events, including performances, head to the "Chochół" Barn – 10 minutes away.
