At a glance
My grandmother was a visionary. She wanted a summer house unlike any other: in the 1970s, she hired a progressive architectural studio, which created a design for a building extending into space from a slope in Stróża, Lesser Poland. I am my grandmother's granddaughter. Next to the House on Palisades, which you can also find in the Slowhop offer, I decided to build a new house that would correspond to my grandmother's modernist house. It has a characteristic curve in the roof, just like my grandmother's house, built of larch and river stones, and it focuses on simplicity. Its large terrace near the forest allows you to get closer to the surrounding nature. I carefully selected the equipment for the house - nothing is accidental here, and connoisseurs will recognize several design icons. I am a scenographer and collector of pretty objects. I am constantly designing and renovating something, and the house I inherited from my grandmother is my favorite place on Earth. I am happy with every new plant there, every satisfied Guest. That is why I decided to build a second one next to it, new but in a similar atmosphere.
There is something like genius loci of this place; for me it is the innocence of my childhood and the severity of the nearby nature. I wonder what it will be for you.
