This house is your dad's dream come true. A few hectares of land with a private forest bordering picturesque fish ponds. Spending all day soaking your rod? And if none of you are fishing fanatics? No problem. We have a whole host of other attractions here, in a leisurely way, of course. Bike trips, mushroom picking, walks in the woods, and evenings relaxing in a tub under the stars. This is a social house: for family holidays, outings with friends, and a retreat from the world. If you haven't heard of the Rypin Lake District, it's time to catch up. Toruń is the closest, Grudziądz a bit further, and Warsaw a 3-hour drive. It's a place in the middle of Poland, a little further north, where forests, ponds, and lakes reign supreme, and few people commute. You should also know that nearby Rypin, located on the route from Kujawy to Warmia and from Pomerania to Mazovia, is one of the oldest Polish towns. Have we intrigued you? Time to pack! The house consists of two apartments.

One is located entirely on the ground floor, with two separate bedrooms, a kitchen, and a living room. It also has a bathroom. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people.

The second apartment is completely open-plan and very spacious, with bedrooms located upstairs, accessed via a spiral staircase. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. Both apartments feature large, two-meter-long beds that can be converted into single beds.

If you enjoy fishing, you'll be delighted by the beautiful ponds stocked with fresh water. You can even prepare fresh fish for dinner.

If you're not into that kind of activity, there are plenty of excellent restaurants in the area. I recommend Sikorka and Zajazd Karczówka. If you miss chain food, you'll find a McDonald's in Rypin in 6 km.

Fishing, badminton, forest walks, bike rides, mushroom picking, and hot tub bathing.

What's there to do nearby? – go for alpaca therapy at the alpaca farm in Okalewo,
– go horseback riding at the Kasztan stable in Urszulewo or at the Pod Stara Podkowa stable,
– visit the KozieŁawy goat farm (you can buy delicious cheeses there) and the Lappyland mini zoo in Szczutowo,
– visit the Soap Village in Górzno and take part in workshops on soap making, cold-pressing oil, or… cabbage stomping,
– visit the Dobrzyń Land Museum in Rypin (free admission to permanent exhibitions every Saturday; they have interesting workshops for kids),
– visit the Museum of the Masovian Village in Sierpc (an open-air museum where you can see farmsteads from the 19th and 20th centuries in Masovia),
– see… the largest stained glass window in Europe – it is located in Rypin, in the Church of St. The Sacred Heart of Jesus Christ – covering an area of 212 m², it is the largest religious stained-glass window in Europe and the second largest in the world.
- Take a trip to Golub-Dobrzyń, where you can visit the castle or kayak down the Drwęca River.
- Listen to a Chopin concert at the Chopin Centre in Szafarnia.

If you crave contact with nature above all, you won't be disappointed. The region in which Dylewo is located belongs to the Green Lungs of Poland region, encompassing unique natural areas in the northeastern part of the country. There are numerous lakes in the area. To the north, however, lies the Brodnicki Landscape Park, with lakes, forests, numerous bird species, and few tourists. It's an ideal area for long walks (e.g., with Nordic walking poles).

Children can learn to fish, dig in the inflatable pool, and walk through the forest. Board games and a console with a modern TV are also available.

Internet access covers the entire building. On the large benches on the warm, wind-sheltered terrace, you can set up your office on large tables amidst greenery and silence.
