If the lack of a schedule and calendar of activities on vacation makes you unspeakably anxious, then don't choose this place. Here, we transform into rainforest sloths and minimize our energy consumption. We swing in hammocks, soak our feet in the stream that flows through the property, bathe in the Osława River, bend down for chanterelles, and pet horses. Sometimes, when the mood strikes, we go to the Shelter on the Smolnik Mountains and, under the pretext of a walk, devour homemade cakes at the end of the route. When the desire for a walk is less and the need for coffee is greater, we visit our neighbors in Smolnik. They run a fantastic café and shop selling local delicacies. In the evenings, by the fire, we listen to the babbling stream, admire the Milky Way, and sip the cream of the Bieszczady dolce far niente.

We invite you to our home. It's an old wooden school from the 1960s, which we divided in half. We give you one half, and we relax in the other. There is a separate entrance to your apartment, the second door leads to a large, fenced area with access to the Mikowy stream. You have two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and a bathroom with a shower at your disposal. Come in winter for cross-country skiing, in summer for berries, and in autumn for mushroom picking. See you in the Bieszczady Mountains!

In an old, wooden schoolhouse. We offer you half of the house, with a separate entrance and garden. The apartment sleeps up to five people.

There's a cozy living room with a kitchenette, a round table, and a fold-out sofa, as well as access to the spacious garden. Doors lead from the living room to two bedrooms – one with a double bed, a large wardrobe, and a reading area, the other with two single beds and a dresser. The bathroom is bright, with a window, and a walk-in shower.

If you prefer to cook during your stay, our kitchen is well-equipped. We have everything you need. And for those who don't enjoy cooking on vacation, there are several places nearby where you can eat well year-round. Before your stay, we always send you a list of local restaurants and attractions to make things easier for you and share places we sometimes visit ourselves.

In the area, you'll find, for example, a café in Stara Chyża serving local delicacies and a restaurant serving Bieszczady specialties. At the mountaintop shelter, Schronisko nad Smolnikiem (a 40-minute walk from Mików), you can enjoy typical mountain hut dinners and local liqueurs.

We have a large garden bordering the stream. There are hammocks, loungers, an outdoor table, a fire pit, and, above all, access to your own section of Mikowy Stream, where you can soak your feet.

You can also swim or swim in the Osława River. In winter, the conditions are perfect for cross-country skiing, sledding, or walking around the area. In autumn, the surrounding forests offer an endless supply of mushrooms, and early spring is as enchanting as anywhere else.

And, of course, the Bieszczady hiking trails. Along the way, you can visit a nearby restaurant or stop for coffee and cake at the old chyża in Smolnik. And when you climb Smolnik (a 40-minute hike), you can enjoy typical mountain hut dinners and sample local liqueurs at the Shelter on the Smolnik River.

Playing in the stream or on the bank, playing board games available at our place, having a picnic on the grass, watching the stars, petting Mika's little horses that come up to our gate every day and try to get into our garden :)

We have internet, which sometimes, in very bad weather, can freeze.
