Here's what you need to know. You'll find us in the Masovian region, in Gorzewo, right next to Lake Sumino. We've built a modern house with four bedrooms, a cozy living room with a fireplace, a large kitchen, and a spacious terrace. This is where we sip our first coffee, overlooking the water, and with our second cup, we head to the beach. Private, quiet, just for us. And therefore, of course, for you. We suspect you won't be venturing far into the countryside. On-site, we've prepared a sauna with a forest view, hammocks, a kayak, SUP boards, and a rowboat. So maybe you'll manage to discover what's on the other side of the lake, but don't beat yourself up if your plan doesn't work out. Evenings are for gatherings around the campfire, board games on the terrace, cooking, and hanging out at the kitchen island. The kids will also find toys, hideouts, and games for themselves.

Paulina and Karol are a couple united by their love of nature, travel, and beautiful, unconventional places. When they first stumbled upon a plot of land hidden among coniferous forests by a lake, they felt it was "it" – a space with enormous potential, perfect for their personal retreat. From the very beginning, they knew they wanted to create something more than just a home. They wanted to build a place with soul – where nature meets comfort, where time slows down and the senses rest.
This is how Patynówka was born – named after its wooden facade, which naturally develops a noble patina over time, changing with the seasons and light. It is a symbol of harmony with the surroundings and conscious living in harmony with nature.
