On sunny days, the area is ideal for hiking and biking, observing wildlife such as cranes, storks, owls, falcons, roe deer, foxes, beavers, and hares. Nearby are kayaking trails, including the Krutynia and Łyna rivers.

A stocked pond, periodically flooded piers, and a hot tub for approximately 8 people are available on the premises. Comfortable sofas, a swing, and rope hammocks are ideal for reading and relaxing.

A pool table and several board games and toys for children are also available.
