Trullo, pergolas, stone tables, plush sofas shaded by olive trees – the architecture here engages in a relaxed conversation with the Puglian landscape.

And Puglia at Casa Romigi tastes like ripe tomatoes, still-warm burrata, and susumaniello poured leisurely. The villa is entered through a trullo with a stone patio on the east side – this is the natural heart of the house and its oldest part.

Inside, a peaceful space awaits, complete with a daybed and a table – a place to curl up with a book, play board games, or simply watch the light glide across the stone.

The kitchen is spacious, with a large dining table and panoramic windows facing north and south – one side overlooks the olive groves, the other the garden and pool.

Next to the kitchen is the living room with a fireplace, two large sofas, a daybed, and armchairs. This is a place where life unfolds in autumn and winter – with books, wine, and conversation by the fireplace. In summer, the living room quiets down as everyday life moves outside: to the sofas under the olive trees, to the pergola, to the gazebo by the pool, where the evening light is most beautiful.

Beyond the living room, in the west wing of the house, lies the master bedroom – spacious, with its own walk-in closet, bathroom with bathtub and rain shower, and direct access to the garden and olive grove.

On the opposite side, behind the kitchen, lies the fourth bedroom in a trullo – with a unique stone vaulted ceiling, a large bathroom, views on three sides, and a separate exit to the outside.

In the hallway between the rooms, there's also a toilet with a shower and a utility room with a washing machine, dryer, and iron.

From every corner of the house, you can access the garden – many outdoor spaces that become a true hub of life in the summer. Under the pergola, you can sip your morning coffee, work on your laptop, or start the evening with an aperitivo. The large outdoor dining area with a stone table is perfect for long dinners and leisurely lunches.
