This view of Liswarta is worth the journey from the most remote parts of Silesia. As well as from the Łódź, Masovia, Opole, and Lower Silesia regions. Many voivodeships are close to us. Zawady lies at the junction of three of them, not far from the Załęcze Landscape Park – hands up, who's familiar with it? Exactly. So, know that roughly "in the middle of Poland" lies this gem: a green land with a picturesquely meandering river, a left tributary of the Warta. Here, right above it, stands our log cabin. Idyllic and reminiscent of bygone times, it boasts the benefits of a true spa: a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna with a river panorama. All this is surrounded by a lush garden, whose landscape, illuminated by the light, would be a sight for Impressionists. The cottage is located right next to our farm, so we especially welcome those who would enjoy the company of ponies and a donkey. Come to a place where the idyll can be transformed. In each case, it smells of logs, has the aroma of the forest and the sound of the river flowing downstairs.

Our wooden cottage sits on a slope above the river, surrounded by nature and our beloved farm animals.

Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms – both with terraces and beautiful views.
💛 The master bedroom boasts a large king-size bed (160 cm) from which you can look directly out onto the garden and river. The view in the morning? Unmistakable.

💚 The second bedroom also boasts a large king-size bed (160 cm) and access to a terrace overlooking our farm – the ponies and donkey. Both bedrooms have lockable doors – everyone will find privacy and peace here.

Downstairs, you'll find a spacious living room with a dining area and a cozy fireplace, where evenings flow slowly, preferably with a book in hand in our large armchair.

The sofa in the living room folds out and provides additional sleeping space for two. There's also a TV with Netflix, if you fancy a movie night.

The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and large sink – simple, cozy, and comfortable.

There's also a large wardrobe on the ground floor, perfect for unpacking your suitcases.

This place was created for those seeking peace, connection with nature, and a few days offline.

The river murmurs just beyond the terrace, and in the evenings, the only sounds are crickets and the crackle of the fireplace.

For those who enjoy cooking, we have an XL kitchen – with a large countertop, plenty of space, and full equipment:

👉 an oven, a four-burner induction cooktop, a microwave, and two coffee machines – a drip and a capsule.

It's hard to get bored here, unless you really want to – and then we have the perfect conditions for doing nothing. You can sit on the terrace for hours with a cup of coffee and watch the river flow lazily, then jump into the jacuzzi or warm up in the sauna on the slope.

When you feel like getting some exercise, it's worth heading down to the river and embarking on a kayaking trip down the Liswarta – a peaceful, picturesque experience, with a picnic stop along the way. In summer, you can swim, and in autumn… grab a basket and head into the forest! The surrounding forests are a true paradise for mushroom pickers and lovers of walks amidst the scent of pine needles.

Our farm animals are also waiting for you – ponies, a donkey, and a few furry companions who will happily let you pet them. And when the day is over, it's best to return to the fireplace, wrap yourself in a blanket, and listen to the river roar outside.

Because boredom here isn't a lack of things to do, but a privilege.

We have stable Wi-Fi with a speed of around 20 Mbps, sufficient for remote work, online meetings, and daily tasks.
And when you close your laptop, the desk easily transforms into a terrace with a view of the river, the sunset, and the silence in the background.
