At a glance
Liksajny in Western Masuria is a land of lakes and forests reminiscent of the former Oberland. And, as is typical in Masuria, water meets forest, and space meets freedom. This is our Wild Forest: an island of alders amidst fields, with a group of happy equines guarding access. Inhabiting the pasture are Browarek, Madras, and Kasandra – horses, and Maja, Emi, and Czaruś – donkeys. They live prosperously and peacefully near the forest, their biggest concern being whether to offer their noses for petting. We hope their snorting and warmth will have as soothing an effect on you as they do on us.
What is important to us? That the place we create interferes with nature as little as possible. That's why our cottages stand on stilts, resting only on trees. We finished them using natural materials: wood, clay, and stone, because we believe that this is most appropriate in a forest. For breakfast – included in the price of your stay – we'll serve you specialties from local producers, such as delicious cheeses and fresh bread. We strive to pay attention to every detail. We love hosting. We hope you'll love being our host.

Here we are raising our son, here we live between the forest and the fields. We are accompanied by horses, donkeys, and our slightly wild dogs. Dziki Las was born out of a need for silence, closeness to nature, and a simple life – and that is precisely what we want to share.
