It is in this fairytale setting that our land lies – bordering a forest stream and its own pond, where you can spend your time to your heart's content. The Ciśniańsko-Wetliński Landscape Park begins across the road, Lake Solina is a short drive away, and you can walk to charming Baligród. Once upon a time, there were retorts here, where my husband burned charcoal. Today, retorts in the Bieszczady Mountains are gradually becoming a thing of the past, and on our homeland, wooden guest houses have taken their place. We invite you to one of the three houses that make up Żubrowe Wzgórze – a larger one, sleeping 10 people, and a smaller one, with two bedrooms. We live next door, so we will be happy to share with you tips on where to go on a trip, prepare a sauna and a hot tub for you, or organize a basket full of local products. Each day at Żubrowe Wzgórze begins peacefully – you wake up with the sun, hit the trail, and return in the evening to warm your hands by the fireplace and listen to the sounds of the wildlife. – the Wataha quarry. We also recommend a beautiful walking route from Stężnica towards the now non-existent villages of Tysków and Radziejów.
