At a glance

Do you have any friends who claim that there aren't any particularly beautiful places in Poland and prefer to vacation in the Dolomites or other Alps?

If so, send them a link to this place. And beforehand, kindly warn them to hold their chin before looking at the view from the living room. Because if someone thinks that in the age of Asia Express, the art of slow travel has disappeared, especially in mountainous regions, it's a sure sign that it's time to shake your inner Muggle and head somewhere where the journey dictates its own rhythm. And you don't need marketing for it.

Come on. Here, you'll be reminded why your own travel pace and time for micro-delights are so beneficial for both body and mind.

We are not on-site, but friendly help will look after you

Hi, My name is Wojtek, and I'm a producer who has been working in the fashion and beauty industry for years. I divide my time between New York and Warsaw, and whenever I'm there, I love exploring new places and Poland's natural beauty. I've always wondered, in conversations with friends, how Poland is so relatively undiscovered by international visitors. My cottage, which we've been building since the pandemic, is an attempt to change this and show that a vacation in the Tatra Mountains is just as good as a vacation in the Alps or the Dolomites. I love design and architecture, and I've tried to incorporate some of that love into my cottage, to which I cordially invite everyone :)

How do I get there?

By car

  • Our address: , Rzepiska, Tatra Mountains, Poland

  • We appreciate your adherence to check-in times due to team members' working hours and our desire to provide you with an optimal experience. Płomykówka is a mountain lodge located outside the main buildings. A paved road leads to it. You may have to walk a few dozen meters to the lodge – that's part of the charm of this place :) There is parking right next to the lodges for one car (accessed via a steep driveway, recommended for experienced drivers), and a larger, flatter parking area for other cars on the road leading from the paved road to our plot (80m above the lodges). In that case, you'll need to walk from the parking lot down the road to the lodges. Before your arrival, please check the weather conditions – in summer, heavy rainfall can make it muddy, while in winter, winter tires are essential. We recommend 4x4 vehicles and having snow chains. Our hostess will arrange arrival details with you, hand you the keys and show you the house.

Przepiękny, dopracowany domek, surowe drewno, świetne dodatki i widok totalna petarda. Widać, że wszystko jest zrobione ze smakiem, od koców po mydełka. Obsługa najlepsza, mega pomocna i serdeczna. Dojazd zimą wymagający (łańcuchy!) ale miejsce jest cudownie odludne i idealne na reset, a jednocześnie blisko Bukowiny. Bardzo polecamy 🤍
