The apartment is located on the third floor of a tenement building without an elevator. It's an old building steeped in history, so before you reach the front door, you'll encounter a staircase that has seen generations of residents.

Inside, stylishly designed interiors await you. There are two separate rooms: a bedroom with a large bed and two fold-out armchairs that can be used as extra beds, and a living room with a fold-out sofa. It comfortably accommodates four people, or a maximum of six.

There's also a separate kitchen, bathroom with shower, and hallway. The entire 65 m² of refined space is designed for those who appreciate old tenement buildings and an urban atmosphere.

A fully equipped kitchen awaits you in the apartment. It includes a refrigerator, freezer, oven, induction cooktop, kettle, toaster, drip coffee maker, and dishwasher. You can easily prepare all your meals here, just how you like them.

If you feel like eating out, you don't have to go far. You'll find restaurants and cafes within a 200-meter radius. Among our trusted locations, we recommend dinner at Bistro u Babci Halinki, pizza at Patio Pizza & Prosecco, dishes at Wena, and the iconic waffles at Gofry na Matejki. And that's just the beginning, because Świnoujście has such a wide range of dining options that you'll easily find something you'll truly enjoy.

Świnoujście is a good place for long walks and bike rides. The trails are flat and lead through the city, to the seaside, and onward to German resorts.

The city also has a distinct historical layer. Fortifications, underground tunnels, and a military past are present everywhere. If you're looking for something lighter, the Baltic Park Molo Aquapark is nearby, and during the summer, concerts at the Marek Grechuta Amphitheater also offer opportunities.

You can also simply stay put. Books, a Dixit game, and a yoga mat await you in your apartment. Because sometimes the best plan is to have no plan.
