Some say Kurpie Białe is the wildest region of Mazovia. This is due to the primeval forest with its mysterious pine forest and the surrounding landscape of meadows, wetlands, and oxbow lakes. To the south, the Bug River meanders, and to the north, the Narew River writes its own story. Lubjanka nestles right next to it – with its three wooden houses, allowing you to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of a region steeped in vibrant rural traditions. This is a place for those who love water – you can observe it in the nearby river, enjoy it in the pond on our property, or experience it as bubbles in the jacuzzi. The well-maintained green space will allow you to enjoy your time on the property, on the terrace, or in a hammock among the trees. However, don't miss out on exploring the region. Kayaking trips with beautiful views, picturesque walks through the White Forest reserves, and visits to ancient Kurpie villages await you, such as Pniewo with its colorful Kurpie Forge. Come and discover the less known Mazovia. Come and like Lubjanka.

On the ground floor, there's a fold-out sofa bed. On the first floor, there are two lockable bedrooms – one with two single beds and the other with a large bed. Every room (except the bathroom, which has underfloor heating and an electric radiator) has air conditioning.

We do not offer meals on site, but a fully equipped kitchen will be at your disposal.

There's a horse farm nearby. We also work with a company that provides kayaks and canoe trips directly from our facility.

On-site, you can fish, use the sauna, or use the jacuzzi (both the jacuzzi and sauna are electric). We also have a cold water hot tub and a gas grill. In January, we'll also have a gazebo that can accommodate over 20 people.

Each cottage has its own deck chairs and a table outside. Hammocks are placed among the trees.

The houses contain various books, board games, and puzzles.

We have good satellite internet and a work space (a table that is inside or a high coffee table that is in front of the sofa).
