There are places where you immediately start to speak a little more quietly. Lubjanka is one of them. Nestled alongside the Narew River, nestled among the greenery and landscapes of Kurpie Białe – a region that still manages to surprise with its wildness. Here, you'll find pine forests, meadows, wetlands, oxbow lakes, and a river that has been doing its thing for thousands of years: meandering, changing the landscape, and reminding us that not everything has to flow according to plan. We have three wooden cottages where you can stay close to nature and the water. There's a green area, terraces, hammocks, and a pond where you can spend half a day doing practically nothing. There's also a large, hand-carved gazebo with a thatched roof – the perfect spot for long conversations, shared meals, and evenings spent leisurely. And if "nothing" starts to bother you a bit, you can always soak in the jacuzzi or sauna.

Water is practically everywhere here. Just around the corner, you can rent a kayak or stand-up paddleboard and paddle along the Narew, our Polish Amazon. You won't be bored on land either. Grab your bikes and hit one of the local roads, which wind through small villages, forests, and places where it's easy to forget what day of the week it is. An alarm clock? Here, it's replaced by birdsong and the first rays of sunlight streaming through the window. Pack only the essentials. Come experience Mazovia from a slightly wilder side.

On the ground floor, there's a fold-out sofa bed. On the first floor, there are two lockable bedrooms – one with two single beds and the other with a large bed. Every room (except the bathroom, which has underfloor heating and an electric radiator) has air conditioning.

We do not offer meals on site, but a fully equipped kitchen will be at your disposal.

There's a horse farm nearby. We also work with a company that provides kayaks and canoe trips directly from our facility.

On-site, you can fish, use the sauna, or use the jacuzzi (both the jacuzzi and sauna are electric). We also have a cold water hot tub and a gas grill. In January, we'll also have a gazebo that can accommodate over 20 people.

Each cottage has its own deck chairs and a table outside. Hammocks are placed among the trees.

The houses contain various books, board games, and puzzles.

We have good satellite internet and a work space (a table that is inside or a high coffee table that is in front of the sofa).
