If the Ropa River evokes images of crude oil, you should know there's something to it. It was in our region that the world's first kerosene lamp was built, and its inventor, Ignacy Łukasiewicz, lived in nearby Gorlice. However, we're just below, at the very edge of Uście Gorlickie. If you pass our Chutor and follow the Ropa's footsteps a little higher, you'll find yourself in Slovakia. Before you reach us, however, you'll pass through Wysowa-Zdrój. This is one of the most charming and intimate spa towns in Poland, home to just 700 people. Nestled in a valley between the hills of the Beskid Niski Mountains, it holds not only its spa gems but also stories about the region's Lemko history. It's in these picturesque surroundings, yet peacefully tucked away, that our Chutor was built. Surrounded by meadows and mountains, with direct access to the river, it is just what you need if you come to discover the Beskid Niski. On the one hand - a vast green area with access to the SPA zone, a playground for children and a place for a bonfire. On the other - hiking and cycling trails at your fingertips. Our settlement is located just outside the spa town of Wysowa-Zdrój. It lies on the Ropa River, to which our guests have unlimited access (a small, rocky beach). Nestled among the meadows, there are several wooden cottages of varying standards: some more luxurious, some more budget-friendly. For those seeking a closer connection to nature, we also offer a yurt, an ideal choice for couples.

We have our own spa complex, including two saunas, a salt cave, a thermal herbal bath, and a yurt with a relaxation and refreshment area.

For our long-term guests, we provide laundry facilities.

All cottages in the settlement are equipped with kitchenettes with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, coffee maker or capsule coffee machine, dishes, cutlery, and pots.

LUX cottages have a dishwasher.

Each cottage has a stable and beautifully crafted barbecue grill, where you can prepare your own delicious lunch or dinner.

There's no room for boredom here – Chutor Grzegorza is a space where everyone will find something for themselves. For water lovers and lazy relaxation, we have a private riverside beach, perfect for splashing, sunbathing, or grilling. The picturesque areas surrounding the settlement invite you to walks and bike rides along forest paths and bumpy roads.

After a day full of adventures, you can relax in the wellness area – saunas, a hot tub, or relaxing by the fire in a yurt will allow for true peace and quiet.

At Chutor Grzegorza, activity, relaxation, and contact with nature combine with adventure and the opportunity to explore the Beskid Niski Mountains the way you like best.
And in the evenings? We recommend lighting a bonfire, grilling something delicious, and gazing at the unpolluted sky full of stars.

Nature, greenery, and fresh air will allow children to walk barefoot on the mowed grass, listen to birdsong, play football or badminton, or read a book in a hammock or lounger.
Pick wild strawberries in the rockery, go for a walk, and immerse yourself in the tranquility of the forest.

High-speed internet will allow adults to work remotely. A workspace can be found in every cottage.
