The Owl Mountains aren't impressive in height, but they have something you won't find in more popular mountain ranges. Intimacy. You won't encounter crowds on the trails here. Instead, you'll enjoy the silence of the forests and solitude. Do we have your attention? We suggest something else: an atmospheric setting for these mountain hikes, worthy of the views of the local panoramas they were created to admire. There are only two cottages on the mountain plot in Sierpnica – and one of them is entirely for you. It will accommodate a couple, a family with older children, or four friends. You'll be spoiled with morning views before hitting the trails, and sunsets watched from the hot tub. Those who enjoy a relaxing holiday will love our place: those who enjoy not just one, but several different outdoor activities. In winter, the ski slope is only 650 meters away. In summer, head out on the mountain bike trails. You can rent bikes nearby. If that's not enough, try horseback riding at the nearby stables. Bring home a whole backpack of memories of good times.

You will have access to one of two houses situated on a picturesque, over-hectar plot overlooking mountain peaks. The second house is not currently available for rent.

On the ground floor of the house, there is a living room (with a sofa bed for two people) with a fully equipped kitchenette (oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator) and one bathroom. There is also a separate bedroom on the ground floor with a sofa bed for two people. On the mezzanine, there is a bedroom for two people with a large 180x200 cm bed.

The cottage has a well-equipped kitchenette, allowing you to comfortably cook during your stay. It's small, yet it has everything you need: an oven, a four-burner induction cooktop, a dishwasher, and a large refrigerator. However, if you have special coffee preferences, we recommend bringing your own equipment.

If cooking isn't your thing, we can recommend several restaurants in the area: Szyprówka – Chata Pod Sową, Oberża PRL in Sokolec, and Sowia Grapa.

Our cottages are located 100 meters from a hiking trail and about 650 meters from ski lifts. It's very close to a network of mountain bike trails. Bike rentals are available nearby.

In winter, we can organize horse-drawn sleigh rides for you, and in summer, we recommend horseback riding.

During your stay, you can enjoy relaxing in the hot tub (included in the price).
In the evenings, enjoy the picturesque bonfire area. Firewood is also included in the price.

How else can you spend your time in the Owl Mountains in a leisurely way?
- First and foremost, by exploring the forest trails of the Owl Mountains, not only those running near our place. These are dozens of kilometers of trails leading through forests, clearings, and viewpoints. They are perfect for leisurely walks or day hikes. The Owl Mountains Landscape Park is nearby.
- Wielka Sowa – the highest peak in the Owl Mountains, with a distinctive observation tower. It's one of the most beautiful hiking destinations in the region.
– Osówka Underground City – Riese's mysterious complex hidden inside a mountain, with sightseeing routes and a fascinating history of World War II. It's located just minutes from Sierpnica.
– Walimskie Adits – another part of the mysterious Riese project, a great choice for lovers of history and unusual places.
– Cycling and singletrack trails – some of the most interesting trails in Lower Silesia lead through the Owl Mountains. It's a great option for both families and more adventurous cyclists.
– Książ Castle – if you fancy a day trip, one of the most beautiful castles in Poland is about a 30-minute drive from Sierpnica.

Although there are no special attractions for children on the property itself, the surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for children to have fun. We are only 650 meters from the ski lift, where you can go skiing or sledding. A bicycle rental service is available nearby. Additionally, horse-drawn sleigh rides are available in winter, and horseback riding in summer.

We have very good internet, and there is a desk on site where you can work comfortably.
