At a glance
If you're traveling with friends, take only trusted companions. Those with whom it's easy to be quiet. Babia Góra will take up all the space for its mood swings anyway. There's no need for anyone else to do the same.
Zawoja Przesłop is part of the longest village in Poland. It's located at the foot of Babia Góra, which has always set the rhythm here: not only of the weather, but of everyday life. Babia Góra can be capricious and changeable, testing your patience and plans. But if you approach it with care and give it time, it knows how to reward you with views that will linger in your mind and heart for a long time.
This is where our Simonka houses are located. Guests have access to a barn for 8 people and a wooden cottage for 6. We created our place for relaxation, not for rushing. Because a mountain isn't a mountain – it needs to rest. The interiors of the houses are authentic and very much from here. Simple, warm, and rooted in local culture. It's as if you simply moved in with the locals and became a part of their everyday lives for a moment. And you should know that the people here are down-to-earth and warm. When hunger strikes, they'll treat you to moskol, sauerkraut, and oatmeal żurek (sour rye soup). Cuisine that's satisfying after a day spent under the mountain.

We are on-site, we give our guests space and intimacy, but we're always ready to help
My dears, I'm Urszula. What I do is my life, my passion, and my love for the mountains. I was born here in the countryside and decided that the heritage I inherited from my parents wouldn't go to waste. The location, overlooking the peaceful mountain ranges and surrounded by forest on all sides, would be the perfect place to de-stress and unwind after the hustle and bustle of the city. I also love cooking highland dishes, so we've created a beautiful, atmospheric space for relaxation.
