Brzóze weaves an architectural tale of silence, light, and attention to detail. Laura Kudlińska's signature design, developed and refined since 2019, is felt in every gesture: in the touch of natural wood and stone, in the subdued color palette inspired by sand, bark, and water, and in the colorful accessories that wink at the observer. The interiors are sensual and tranquil, designed to rest the eye without becoming bored, and to encourage hands to touch the textures. Extensive glazing brings the landscape into the house – the lake becomes part of the living room, kitchen, and bedroom, and the changing light paints its own scenery on the walls.

The proximity of the water sets the rhythm for the entire stay: from morning coffee overlooking the rippling surface, through walks around the lake and forest, to shared SUP or kayaking. Here, life revolves around the shared table, the fire, the home cinema, and conversations that don't have to end until dusk. There's a sauna in the soothing home spa area, a wood-burning hot tub, and a terrace where time stretches between reading a book and watching the sunset. Brzóze is a house to behold and from which to behold.

We have five bedrooms, each with a double bed. Four of the bedrooms also have private bathrooms.

Inside the house, you'll find a large, fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor kitchen on the terrace. The Dzika Róża restaurant is a 10-minute drive away.

Hikes in the forest and around the lake. Stand-up paddleboarding and boating. Kayaks and pedal boats are available for rent 5 minutes from the house. Cooking, bonfires, and pizza baking. Sauna and home spa in the spa area. Relax with a beautiful view of nature, read books, watch movies on the big screen. Games and conversations at the large table.
