Forest-two-three-four... and that's how it all began. It's not just a house number, but the rhythm of this place's heartbeat. This isn't just an ordinary rental either. It's an invitation to our true home: the one where we lived, laughed, planned trips, and made memories. Fate had it that we had to move, but we can't let our beloved Nest—as we affectionately call it—remain empty. It needs people who will appreciate its magic.
Imagine: a nearly 100-year-old historic log cabin—the last remaining wooden house in this village. In the past, they weren't built by chance: before the war, a dowser was summoned to the village to indicate the ideal energetic site for building, aligned with the alignment of the sun and the forces of nature. Perhaps that's why Nest has something special—it's truly relaxing here, and you can feel the energy of this place the moment you enter the property. This house has survived generations, and today it awaits you. Every board has its own story, every corner exudes the tranquility of years gone by. We've added our own touches of color and design, brimming with energy and inspiration. The interior is filled with little surprises that will bring you joy in unexpected moments. There's only one risk: when you return to the city, like us, you'll think back to this place far too often...
Your private slice of paradise: over 1.5 hectares just for you.
A private forest where you can pick mushrooms in season. Natural silence interrupted only by birdsong and the rustle of trees. No neighbors peeking over the fence – just you, nature, and endless opportunities for relaxation.
The cottage perfectly accommodates up to 4-5 people seeking an escape from the world.
It's also perfect for a couple or two – the space creates a sense of intimacy while allowing everyone to have their own space. In the evenings, you'll gather by the fireplace, listening to the crackling of wood and planning another day full of mountain adventures.
A home for travelers with taste:
We make no secret of it – we love travel and good design. Our Nest is a reflection of this passion: thoughtful interiors that combine authentic wood with modern comfort. It's a place where vintage meets 21st-century comfort. To fully experience this place and understand the meaning of these words, you simply have to come and experience it for yourself.
We're looking for guests who will love "Domek Las234" as much as we love our Nest.
Those who know that true luxury is silence, space, and freedom of choice. You decide – whether you're heading to the summit today, sampling the flavors of Slovak "bryndzové halušky," relaxing in the thermal baths, or (God forbid) stuck in a traffic jam to Zakopane. It's all up to you – you have a choice and a truly vast array of possibilities!

A cozy space with a very large double bed, perfect for a good night's sleep. There's also a fold-out armchair for one person – perfect for a child or an extra guest.
• Living Room
The heart of the home. A cozy fireplace with a supply of wood, a shelf full of books and games, and a table for conversations. A comfortable, large corner sofa converts into an additional sleeping space for two when needed.
• Kitchen
Bright and spacious, with a large island perfect for cooking and enjoying meals together. Fully equipped: dishwasher, oven, blender, toaster, coffee makers, etc. Here, breakfasts unfold naturally, without rushing.
• Bathroom
A cozy bathroom with a shower and a view of the forest. Wood, light, and tranquility—simple, natural, without excess.
• Additional features
A functional hallway with a spacious wardrobe and a separate dressing room, large enough to accommodate suitcases, backpacks, and mountain equipment.
A porch with a garland of lights is also at your disposal—perfect for morning coffee to the sounds of the forest or a rest after mountain hikes.
We believe that food tastes best when enjoyed slowly, preferably with a view of the forest. Although we don't serve meals at LAS DWA TRZY CZTERY, we've prepared a place where cooking becomes pure pleasure.
The heart of the house is the well-equipped kitchen with a huge island, just begging for shared chopping, stirring, and long conversations. Just a small request: our refrigerator can be fickle and tends to stay open, so please close it gently so your supplies feel comfortable here.
Where to get groceries?
You'll find everything you need literally a stone's throw from the cottage:
MACIOŁ Bakery (300 m) – a must-try! We recommend their whole-wheat breads and rolls.
Note: the bakery operates in "slow mode" – open Monday through Friday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Groszek (600 m) – will also save you every Sunday (!) when you run out of butter or coffee.
Biedronka in Skawa (1 km) – for those who like to shop at dawn or in the middle of the night
(open from 5:00 AM to 11:30 PM, and sometimes even until 1:00 AM!).
For larger purchases, there's also Stokrotka (1.6 km) and the large Rapacz Market (2.8 km) in Raba Wyżna, where you'll find almost everything – from local delicacies to trinkets for the home and souvenirs.
And if you want a break from the pots and pans...
The area offers excellent food. Our favorite spots are:
Siwy Dym (Rabka-Zdrój) – for a hearty, regional dinner after returning from the trail.
Kabanos Marina (Spytkowice) – a classic of highland cuisine, a paradise for lovers of hearty, meaty dishes.
Prosty Temat (Rabka-Zdrój) – when you're craving something modern, light, and less regional.
Zdrojowa Restaurant (Rabka-Zdrój) – perfect for a quiet, family meal in a quiet setting.
Whether you choose to cook your own food on the island or visit a local tavern – you definitely won't go hungry here! 🤗
A perfect base for exploring Podhale:
Our cottage is conveniently located between the most important mountain ranges—the Tatra Mountains, the Gorce Mountains, and Babia Góra—making it perfect for both longer hikes and short, enjoyable getaways.
Nowy Targ is just 15 minutes away, and Chochołowskie Thermal Baths—the largest in Podhale—are about 25 minutes away. Rabka-Zdrój is right next door, and Zakopane and the border crossings to Slovakia are within easy reach.
15 minutes to Nowy Targ
25 minutes to the best thermal baths in Podhale - Chochołowskie
A stone's throw from the Tatra Mountains, Gorce Mountains, and Babia Góra
All Podhale attractions at your fingertips
Close proximity to 4 National Parks:
Gorczański National Park 17 km, Tatra National Park 40 km, Pieniny National Park 50 km, Babia Góra National Park 30 km
Boredom isn't a problem here – it's the goal. However, if you feel like your "doing nothing" batteries have been recharged, we have a whole range of options for you, from the completely lazy to those for ambitious summiteers and winter sports enthusiasts.
Here's what you can do to the rhythm of FOREST TWO THREE FOUR:
IN THE COTTAGE AND ON THE NEST LAND (0 m):
JOMO Zone (Joy of Missing Out): Our bookshelf filled with books and board games is just waiting for you to put down your phones. Plus, a fireplace, crackling wood, and peace and quiet. It's the perfect place for a reading marathon.
Private Forest: You have over 1.5 hectares of land at your disposal. Just step outside the door and you'll find yourself in your own forest. In season, mushrooms grow practically on your doormat, and birdsong is the only soundtrack you'll hear.
No neighbors outside: You can run barefoot on the grass and drink your morning coffee in your pajamas on the porch – no one will interrupt this magic.
NEARBY SURROUNDINGS:
A trip to "Three Stones": We recommend a walk along the yellow trail into the forest in Raba Wyżna. It's a magical forest glade – peace, quiet, and the perfect spot for a bonfire away from civilization. A true reset is guaranteed.
The Manor House in Raba Wyżna: A must-see for fans of architecture and history. Right next door, you'll find a magnificent, enormous wooden barn that makes an incredible impression and perfectly fits the atmosphere of our region. It's a great destination for a leisurely afternoon stroll.
Skiing in the near winter (nearby): If you visit us when the world is blanketed in white, be sure to bring your skis or snowboards! We're close to great slopes:
Wyciąg u Żura: Literally right on your doorstep. This place has a very family-friendly atmosphere, perfect if you're looking for your first steps on skis or are looking for a safe slope for kids.
Beskid SKI Complex in Spytkowice: A slightly larger proving ground for skiers, with trails of varying difficulty.
PODHALE STARTING POINT:
Babia Góra: We're just a stone's throw from the Queen of the Beskids. If you're looking for a serious hike, this is the perfect place.
Chochołowskie Thermal Baths (25 min): If you want to soak your bones in the largest thermal baths in Podhale, an ideal option for recovering after mountain hikes or a frosty day on the slopes.
Centre of the region: Our location is the geographic center between four National Parks (Gorczański, Babia Góra, Tatra, and Pieniny).
The choice of trails is practically limitless!
With us, it's up to you: conquer the peaks today, or test the softness of the couch and see how quickly the clouds float over the forest. Both options are equally legal and highly recommended!
At the Nest, kids discover a superpower often forgotten in the city: imagination! 🤗
Our cottage and its surroundings are one giant, natural playground, where nature takes center stage instead of flashing screens.
A crash course in survival (in the slow version) awaits young explorers:
Your own forest at your fingertips:
On over 1.5 hectares of land, you can build shelters, search for animal tracks, and play hide-and-seek so hard you'll be hard-pressed to find anyone.
Little nature observer:
In spring and summer, our garden is a paradise for the curious. You can birdwatch, count ants in the anthill, and in the fall, organize a massive mushroom hunt (they grow literally right outside your window!).
It's the best biology lesson you could ever dream of.
Evenings with a Spark – a Bonfire Under the Stars:
Nothing builds childhood memories like a real bonfire. On our vast plot, we have a designated area where you can roast sausages and potatoes together and tell amazing stories while watching the sparks fly up into the sky. When absolute darkness falls over the forest and the stars emerge, the campfire becomes the center of the universe.
These are the moments kids remember the longest.
When the weather isn't cooperating:
Evening board games: We pull out our arsenal from the shelves! We have a stash of board games and books that taste perfect by the crackling fireplace and a cup of hot cocoa. It's time to reconnect with family without Wi-Fi.
Rabka-Zdrój – City of Children's Smiles (a few minutes' drive):
We're just a stone's throw from a place children simply love. Here you'll find:
Wielki Park Zdrojowy (Great Spa Park):
This vast space features a graduation tower, but above all, a legendary playground that will keep you entertained for hours.
Museums and Trains:
We recommend a visit to the Order of the Smile Museum and the Open-Air Railway Museum in nearby Chabówka – the sight of old steam locomotives is impressive not only for children but also for dads!
Rabcio Puppet Theater:
A magical place for young theater and fairy tale fans.
Winter Fun:
Wyciąg u Żura (U Żura Ski Lift):
Our neighbor and parents' best friend, as the slope is gentle and perfect for safely learning to ski. The first "snows" are best enjoyed here!
Here, kids can get dirty safely, tire themselves out from running through the forest, and finally fall asleep with a smile, breathing in the clean mountain air. Parents, meanwhile? A moment for a quiet coffee while the kids immerse themselves in forest play or gaze into the fire.
We know that sometimes work has to go on vacation with you.
But don't worry – at our Nest, "workation" takes on a completely different meaning. Instead of the hum of air conditioning and the view of another office building, you have 1.5 hectares of forest outside your window and peace and quiet.
Although we don't have a typical office desk, our guests love working at a wooden table, perfect for spreading out their laptop, placing a large mug of coffee, and concentrating on "delivering" projects.
If you prefer a more relaxing way to work – a chaise longue on the corner sofa or an armchair with a view of the forest await your creative brainstorming sessions.
Our internet is stable and reliable. We've tested it numerous times on various video conferences and online meetings – it works flawlessly.
Why is work better here?
Quiet: The absence of neighbors and street noise elevates your focus.
Forest Breaks: Nothing refreshes the mind between tasks like a five-minute walk barefoot in the grass or a few deep breaths on the porch.
Creative Energy: A nest is a home with soul and positive energy that fosters new ideas.
