Karmuszka Leśna Weranda

We are behind Karmuszka – Ania and Dominika, mother and daughter. And everything you see today truly started from scratch. The first place was a single house by the lake. In the summer, we slept in a tent so we could rent it out to guests. That's how we began – without grand plans, but with a huge heart for people. Then, very slowly, the next steps emerged: an extension to the house to accommodate more guests, another small house, today Mała Karmuszka, where we host weddings and other special events, and finally, increasingly larger houses created with families, groups, and important life moments in mind. Karmuszka Family House, Karmuszka Slow – a house by the lake. Each subsequent house was built with our own hands, with hard work, determination, and courage, not with ready capital. Nothing was short-cut. Everything grew naturally, as the strength and opportunity arose. And always with the same thought: for people to feel good. Ania is the heart of this place. Nothing is impossible with her. If guests need something, she simply finds a solution. Always smiling, kind, and present. Wedding couples and guests who rent our cottages often say they can't believe someone could be so dedicated and kind, that they've never felt so cared for, and that "you don't meet people like them." When someone meets Anie, it's like an angel fell from heaven. I, Dominika, am the calmer side of this story. My mother provides momentum and energy, while I provide balance and mindfulness. Together, we create places where guests feel important and safe. For us, it's not work. It's a life dedicated to people. We don't feel like we're working. We love it; it's our life. That's why guests return, and most of our bookings come from referrals—and that's what speaks volumes about us.
