The meeting point of worlds lies at the end of Poland. Or perhaps the beginning? There are two year-round cottages to choose from: Blue and Red. The Green cottage is currently under construction.

Each cottage has its own fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and washer/dryer, underfloor heating, air conditioning, and a wood-burning fireplace. The cottages also feature high-speed fiber-optic internet.

The Blue cottage has two bedrooms – one with a double bed, the other with a bunk bed and a fold-out bed – and a guest room.

The Red cottage is a studio with a bedroom with a double bed, a guest room with a fold-out bed, a dining room with a kitchen, and a work space.

The Green cottage (opening soon) offers three bedrooms, a guest room, and a common area with a dining room and kitchen.

The Poleskie East area also offers a sauna, a jacuzzi, a basketball court, bicycles, a fire pit and barbecue area, and a treehouse. There is also an electric car charging station.

Each cottage features a fully equipped kitchen, where you can cook your own meals and enjoy them at a table with a panoramic view of the surrounding area. However, if you'd prefer someone else to do it for you, we can recommend places to order meals delivered.

You'll also have access to a barbecue and fire pit – perfect for dining al fresco with stunning views of the surrounding area.

There's plenty to do on-site: you can jump in the jacuzzi or sauna, play basketball on a professional surface, rent a bike for a trip, or go for a walk along the Bug River. In the evening, you can enjoy a bonfire or barbecue. The Polesie East lies along the Bug River valley, so the biggest attraction is actually the area itself – wild, borderline, and full of places best explored on two wheels.

It's worth heading out on the Bug River Cycle Trail or the "Meet the Borders" route, which runs along the Bug River through the area where the borders of Poland, Belarus, and Ukraine meet. Also nearby are the Sobibór Forests, nature reserves, and lakes – a landscape typical of Polesie, where dry, sandy patches of land border swamps, peat bogs, and wet forests.

The nearby Bug River, flowing only 500 meters away, is one of the few large rivers in Europe that has retained its natural, unregulated character. And in the area, you can find places with a truly unique history – Polesie is a borderland where Polish, Belarusian, Ukrainian, and Jewish influences have intertwined for centuries. This cultural mosaic is one of the region's hallmarks.

What else is worth seeing in the area?
– The City of Three Cultures is located 10 km from the Polesie East. Be sure to see the unique Polish Synagogue Complex (a 2025 Polish Wonder of the Lublin Voivodeship according to National Geographic). You can reach the town via a paved, child-safe bike path. In summer, you can paddle downstream from Włodawa to Stawki.
– Lake Białe is one of the most popular resorts in eastern Poland, famous for its exceptionally clear waters and sandy beaches. It is located 15 km from us. The area is renowned for its holiday atmosphere, created by numerous pubs, bars, and seasonal restaurants serving cuisine ranging from fast food to traditional dishes. Polesie National Park is located approximately 40 km from us. This unique wetland area encompasses extensive peat bogs, marshes, and karst lakes, constituting the largest concentration of boreal-type terrain in Central Europe.

The Museum and Memorial Site in Sobibór (25 km away) commemorates the victims of the German Nazi extermination camp that operated here as part of Operation Reinhardt.

The Józef Ignacy Kraszewski Museum is located in Romanów (20 km away), in a restored manor house that was the birthplace and childhood home of this outstanding Polish writer, journalist, and historian.

The Monastery of St. Onufry in Jabłeczna is one of the most important centers of Orthodox Christianity in Poland, picturesquely situated on the Bug River.

Kids love the pool and splashing around in it in the summer. The houses are surrounded by a large, green space, perfect for carefree play – including on the playground. For those curious about the Milky Way, there's a telescope just waiting to be peered into.
