You disembark at the Olsztyn train station, the distant hustle and bustle of the city still ringing in your ears, but we're already loading you into our Land Rover Defender, leaving all your asaps and dedlajni behind. We drive through the forest, through flower-filled meadows, turn onto a gravel road, and arrive at our house, where nothing but relaxation awaits you. And finally, our favorite – a 1944 Willys Jeep, which you can soon drive out into even wilder terrain. But first, a rest, a dry sauna, or a soak in the hot tub, where you'll listen to an evening concert of frogs and crickets. From now on, only meadow insects will buzz around your ears.

Of course, you can arrive in your own car, but we'll still be happy to take you on an off-road tour of the undiscovered corners of Warmia. Our four-bedroom house is perfect for eight adults who dream of spending time together in nature. On the 100-square-meter terrace or on the comfortable sofas in the living room, you can chat until dawn, interrupted only by a rabbit scurrying past the window.

This is a place designed for spending time together. The heart of the house is the bright living room with kitchen, from which you can walk directly to the terrace to breathe in the fresh air.

Around the grounds, we strive to recreate the natural beauty of the former Schönewiese (Beautiful Meadow) area to restore its harmonious character. We have recreated the flower meadows, which paint the landscape with a riot of color in spring and summer. We plan to deepen and clean the ponds, and restore traditional fruit cultivation.

You can show off your skills in our well-equipped kitchen, light a campfire, or visit one of the nearby restaurants. We recommend Ranczo w Dolinie, Warmia Caffe, Alegoria, and Przystań. We'll also suggest where to buy farm eggs and dairy products.
