This is a place where you can feel like you've done a home swap—almost like something out of a movie called The Holiday. Not because everything is perfectly styled, but because it's a house that was created for itself, and only then did guests arrive.

You don't come here like you're staying at a lodging facility. You're more like visiting friends in the mountains—the kind who gave you their bedroom, showed you where the coffee was, and then disappeared, leaving the keys on the table.

The house is located in Ochotnica Dolna, in the Gorce Mountains—where the forest begins right outside your door, and mountain trails are closer than your weekend plans. Inside, it features warm, wooden interiors, and outside, a terrace with a year-round jacuzzi, which serves as a vantage point—the best place to gaze into the forest and disconnect from the rest of the world for a moment.

The entire house is available for approximately 10 guests. Inside, there are three bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms, and a spacious living room with a kitchenette. One of the bedrooms and the living room offer additional sleeping space on fold-out sofas.

A large terrace with a year-round jacuzzi is perfect for relaxation any time of year. It's an ideal place for families and groups of friends seeking tranquility.

The house features a fully equipped kitchen with a large table, perfect for enjoying meals together. This space is perfect for leisurely cooking and long dinners spent together.

The nearest shops and local restaurants are a short drive away. Homemade meals and regional dishes are available nearby, although many people choose to cook on site and enjoy quiet evenings at the table or by the fire.

The house is located in Ochotnica Dolna, in the heart of the Gorce Mountains—a place where the mountains are still peaceful and tourist traffic is much lower than in the more crowded mountain ranges. It's a good base for both those who enjoy longer hikes and those who prefer shorter walks without the crowds.

There are numerous hiking trails in the area, leading to Mount Turbacz, Lubań, and Gorc, among others. The routes are varied and well-marked, making them suitable for both experienced hikers and families with children.

The Pieniny Mountains are also nearby. Trips to Trzy Korony or Sokolica are worth planning, as well as Lake Czorsztyńskie, where you can take a boat cruise, bike ride, or leisurely stroll along the shore. Castles in Niedzica and Czorsztyn are also located nearby.

Active enthusiasts can enjoy rafting on the Dunajec River and numerous cycling routes, including sections of the Velo Dunajec. In winter, the area is perfect for walks, sleigh rides, and ski trips to nearby resorts.

This is a place for those who want to be close to the mountains but away from the hustle and bustle—with the option of choosing between an active or a very leisurely pace.

For children, we have a separate playroom with toys, books, and a ball pit. The house also has a large family bedroom, and a travel cot can be set up upon request.

The spacious grounds and lack of traffic allow for safe outdoor play. This location is perfect for family trips with children of all ages.

If you're planning to combine travel with work, the house has a desk with a monitor and stable Wi-Fi. The silence, lack of neighbors, and contact with nature promote focus, and after work, it's easy to switch to relaxation mode.
