Our two houses – Adam and Basia – are not museum exhibits, but base camps that understand your muddy boots after returning from Błędne Skały.

The two-bedroom Adam will host families, and the three-bedroom Basia – a group of friends. In both, nature peers directly into guests' beds through large windows, while the concrete and wood give them a rest. Our biggest draw is the fact that morning coffee tastes exceptional in a regular mug, because the view steals the show anyway.

After a long day on the trail, a private hot tub awaits you under the stars. This is a place for those seeking authenticity. Come experience the peace and quiet of a real home.

We offer you two modern 70 m² houses that look like siblings from the outside, but serve slightly different purposes inside. In both interiors, we've chosen raw concrete and warm wood, creating a space where the design blends seamlessly with the tranquility of the mountains, and the large windows allow nature to peer directly into our guests' beds.

Our layout is as follows:

• Adam Cottage: This is our ideal option for families. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom has two single beds, while the second has a large double bed and a fold-out sofa.

• Basia Cottage: We designed it with couples or groups of friends in mind. It offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious living room with a fold-out sofa.

Both houses comfortably accommodate up to 8 people, ensuring idyllic views are a standard feature in every room.

We've provided amenities that will allow you to fully unwind:

• Equipped Kitchen: Each cottage features a fully equipped kitchen, so you can cook shared meals without worrying about missing a fork.

• Living Room: This is the heart of the house, with a pull-out sofa where you can admire the natural spectacle of the Kłodzko Valley through the panoramic windows.

• Private Hot Tub: This is our ace up your sleeve – each cottage has a private wood-fired hot tub. There's nothing better than a hot bath under the stars after a long day on the trail.

In both of our homes, we provide you with fully equipped kitchens because we know that cooking together with mountain views is the best way to bond. However, if you prefer to let the region take the lead, the Kłodzko Valley serves up a substantial and unfussy experience.

Be sure to try the Kłodzko Trout, which in local fish and chips shops often lands on your plate straight from the traditional smokehouse. You should also enjoy artisanal cheeses made from moss and fern from our neighbors – local farmers who know their stuff like few others. To wash it down, we have a local treasure: mineral waters, which taste best when drunk straight from the spring while strolling through the surrounding spas.

Boredom is a relative term here, as we've prepared a base for you, close to everything. If you're looking for a challenge, you've come to the right place – we're a great starting point for conquering the Crown of the Polish Mountains, and the hundreds of historical attractions nearby will keep you on your toes. We especially recommend Sudetes classics: Błędne Skały and Szczeliniec Wielki in the Table Mountains, an absolute must-see for any lover of rock formations. You can also head to the summit of Śnieżnik or descend underground into the Bear Cave in Kletno.

In winter, it's simple – pack your skis and be on the slopes of Zieleniec or Czarna Góra in moments. In summer, numerous cycling and trekking trails await you. For those who prefer a slower pace, walks through the spa parks in Polanica, Duszniki, or Kudowa-Zdrój are ideal, allowing you to enjoy the healing waters in peace.

For our youngest guests, we've prepared an area that's sure to win over any tablet. A playground awaits in the garden, and we've created children's corners inside each house, so you can enjoy the panorama in peace and finish your coffee before it gets cold. We especially designed the Karol Cottage, with its two bedrooms, as the perfect haven for families, where everyone will find their own little corner.

The real magic happens just outside your door, though, because the Kłodzko Valley is one giant, natural playground. You can take the kids on a trip to the Bear Cave in Kletno (we guarantee they'll talk about it for months) or get lost together in the labyrinths of the Errant Rocks.

If work has to go with you to the mountains, you've ensured conditions make even the most stubborn Excel spreadsheet look more bearable. You've prepared good internet and a work desk for your guests, so video conferences will go smoothly – provided, of course, the panorama outside the window doesn't distract your interlocutors.
