You know that feeling when your Google calendar starts to resemble an endless game of Tetris, and the only sensible move seems to be climbing a tree and pretending the world doesn't exist? Kasia and Rafał, who spend their days managing their own six-person brood, understood this need better than anyone else. That's how Zaborze 47 was born – a Lublin retreat created for those who, instead of hotel air conditioning, dream of returning to nature in a "survival soft" version.
Here, luxury is measured in steps and authentic taste – specifically, in the 50 steps that separate your bedroom, suspended 2 meters above the ground, from aromatic coffee and a shower in the shared barn. Your palates are catered to by Marysia, a neighbor and master of local cuisine, who serves cheeses from local goats, homemade cold cuts, and apple fritters that are hard to resist. Sourdough bread is baked in a traditional oven, and vegetables are brought to the table straight from the garden.
Two year-round huts await you in the heart of the habitat: Brzoza and Hornbeam. Although the weather outside can be unpredictable, electric heaters ensure that relaxation is pure pleasure, not a struggle for survival. By choosing the Hornbeam hut, you can also achieve expert levels of idleness by lounging on the mesh mezzanine and contemplating the treetops from a completely new perspective.
Once you've feasted your eyes on the greenery, it's time for soothing rituals that regenerate the soul. You can retreat to Apidomek, where the vibrations and scent of 1,000 working bees soothe frazzled nerves more effectively than any meditation app. For those who enjoy a hot experience, there's a sauna hidden in a dugout and evening soaks in a hot tub under the starry sky.
This is an address for people who know that true luxury is not about marble, but the privilege of carefree boredom under the Lublin sky, where the only necessary "upgrade" is to swap the office chair for a hammock among the leaves.

We speak these languages: Polish, English
Sometimes we are on-site, sometimes we're not
The locals call our land "Zajączków" (supposedly because of the number of hares that hop around here). We prefer to call it "the center of the world" or simply "our place on earth." Ours, meaning Kasia, Rafał, and our six children.
A few years ago, we discovered this place and were completely captivated: the forest, the nature, the animals, the smell of wood, the evening bonfire, the silence. It's the kind of space where it's easier to catch your breath, look at the sky, listen to the rustle of the trees, and simply reset your mind.
And us? We're normal, approachable, and easygoing. We're happy to chat, offer advice, and help, but we don't interfere with your relaxation. We appreciate small gestures that make a difference: sharing something, making things easier, taking care of something in a human way. If you're up for it, you can join in the chats by the bonfire. If you prefer to be quiet, that's fine too.
We love space, which is why stargazing here is like watching a TV series. What we love most about nature is that it slows down everything that rushes through the city.
If you dream of a vacation without all-inclusive amenities, but with all the slow motion, we invite you. It will be authentic, relaxed, and human.
