You know the saying "escape into the pines"? Neither do we, but we think it should be included in the dictionary of Polish phrases. Or at least the regional ones from the Opole region. Residents of the Capital of Polish Song are lucky: all they have to do is get in the car and in 20 minutes they can be in the forest, by Lake Turawskie. There's a cozy summer resort here, where the forest paths are named: Wypoczynkowa, Wędkarska, Słoneczna, Cicha, or Malinowa. Doesn't that sound idyllic? We built our house in precisely these circumstances: one that summer vacationers never dreamed of. We like it comfortable and modern, so the house has a sauna, a projector, and three bedrooms. There's also a terrace with soft sofas for carefree laziness, a fireplace for winter evenings, and a jacuzzi under a shelter – so no precipitation will deter you from relaxing in the bubbles. Days pass lazily here: in the garden, the forest, or by the lake. For dinner, you can pop into the local Klapsznity in Szczerzyk – try a dumpling roulade or a cabbage roll. We're in Silesia, after all. You can, but you don't have to. Here, nothing is required – it's the right to escape into the pine trees.
