Are we talking about sleep-deprived parents whose ultimate dream is to be grandparents for the weekend and escape the city together? Or perhaps busy couples who want to reminisce about what it was like to do something together other than shopping lists and laundry? Routine, though it has its charms, doesn't exactly help to raise the temperature of emotions. However, a weekend in a small space, with unlimited access to the sauna and the need to heat up the stove yourself... definitely does. We built our forest cottage to have everything we need and little else. Because when there's little around, suddenly there's room for shared activities and conversations. We spent a long time searching for a place where we could truly relax. One that was easily accessible from the Tricity area, even for a single night. Without the hassle of logistics, hidden costs, and limits on attractions, and with the option to bring our dog. Finally, we decided to create such a haven ourselves – near our eco-farm, where we now live a daily life in harmony with nature, full of color and flavor. We realize that our forest cottage isn't for everyone: in winter, you have to keep the fire burning in the fireplace, and to do that, you'll need to grab an axe yourself. But don't worry: we'll help everyone who missed out on scouting. And gentlemen: doesn't this sound like a perfect opportunity to show off who's the best at chopping wood, without any pretext?

The cottage is nestled in a forest. The surroundings offer privacy and a sense of intimacy. It will be perfect for a couple dreaming of relaxing with nature at their fingertips. The only neighboring building is the hosts' house, which is barely visible from the cottage.

The cottage features an alcove with a double bed and a comfortable sofa for relaxing after a sauna session or while enjoying the view of the burning stove. There's also a bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. A small kitchenette with a gas stove and a refrigerator awaits you. The cottage and sauna have wooden decks. In the warmer seasons, we plan to hang hammocks among the trees and add garden loungers.

In the future, once we've finished our chicken coop, we'll have the option to order a breakfast basket. In season, we'll be serving vegetables straight from our own garden beds and greenhouses, honey from our apiary, and eggs from our hens.

We recommend local restaurants, especially Gościniec dla Przyjaciół, where you can enjoy delicious trout farmed on-site.

The biggest attraction of our place is the glass-enclosed wood-burning sauna, available for unlimited use throughout your stay. Guests can enjoy the warmth of both the sauna and the cottage year-round. The cottage is heated by a wood-burning stove – sometimes you'll need to grab an axe, so basic scouting skills are appreciated but not required – we'll help you if necessary. The closeness to nature, which is so close at hand, is combined with a sense of privacy and intimacy.

You can light a fire; we have a fire bowl equipped with a grill for grilling. We highly value the experience of wood and fire, so we encourage our guests to do the same. You can light the sauna yourself – instructions are available on site. The fire bowl and stove are also available for your use.

You can walk through our forest plot, which directly connects to the Kłodawa River valley and the state forest. The area is unfenced, so you can walk along deer-trampled paths until you reach a stream. In summer, you can pick mushrooms, strawberries, and raspberries. You can observe animals: deer, woodpeckers, squirrels, hares, and cranes, which give us their annual concerts – there's a nearby pool – their nesting ground. In early summer, you can observe and listen for long-eared owls – they gather in flocks around the hosts' house.

We are located near the Tricity, but far enough away to allow for observing the stars and even planets. The sky looks spectacular on a cloudless day, and all our guests remark on it with delight. The sunsets are also spectacular.

We are a good base for trips to both Gdańsk and the surrounding beaches. The journey time to the city center is approximately 30 minutes, and the most beautiful, uncrowded and pet-friendly beach in Górki Zachodnie is a 40-minute drive away.

We created this space specifically for parents who need a moment to themselves, some quiet time, and want to recharge their batteries. Therefore, our offer is for adults only.

We don't designate this space for remote work, but it's possible. LTE coverage is good, so those using their own internet have that option. We've noticed that guests tend to stay for short periods, so we always recommend taking a break from work and enjoying the charm of our space.
