It's impossible to leave Podobin, the smallest village in the Niedźwiedź commune on the border of the Beskid Wyspowy and Gorce Mountains, tired. This place has the ability to restore city life to its factory settings. Located in the buffer zone of the Gorce National Park, nature plays first fiddle here: gentle, forested peaks stretch to the horizon. If you want, you can go out and meet them. But first, rest. Remember what it's like to wake up in the morning and have nothing to do. Silence your phone notifications and avoid checking emails. Step out onto the terrace before your significant other wakes up, and there, with a cup of warm coffee, listen to the silence and watch the day unfold. Or maybe you just want to retreat to a cozy lair and do nothing together? Nothing could be simpler. We invite you to Podobin for a horizon of possibilities that will soothe your weary minds.

We offer you a cozy, fully equipped 25 m² cottage for your exclusive use. It can accommodate up to four people, but two people will be most comfortable, whether you're a couple or with a friend. Inside, you'll find everything you need – a fully equipped kitchenette, a refrigerator, air conditioning, fresh linens, and towels.

The interior's greatest asset is the huge window with a breathtaking view of the Beskid Wyspowy peaks. In front of the cottage, you'll find a terrace, a hammock suspended in the shade of the trees, and a fireplace – perfect for evenings filled with conversation and the glow of the fire. On cooler evenings, you can warm up in the outdoor wood-burning jacuzzi, enjoying the warmth and the surrounding nature.

(The jacuzzi is available for an additional fee of 350 PLN for the entire stay, payable in cash on site.)

You can bring your four-legged friend to Horyzont Spokoju. Pets are welcome (for an additional fee of 150 PLN per stay).

The cottage has a kitchenette equipped with basic necessities. Don't expect Michelin-starred culinary delights, but you can easily cook a simple dinner: there's a stovetop, pots, and a frying pan.

In Podobin, the smallest village in the Niedźwiedź commune, nestled in the Podtatrzańskie Foothills, we have created a place ideal for escaping the hustle and bustle of everyday life, romantic getaways, intimate celebrations, and celebrating any occasion.

LANDSCAPE PARK
We are located in the buffer zone of the Gorce Landscape Park, and there you will find: almost 64 km of hiking trails (14 of them), almost 63 km of horseback riding trails (8 of them), almost 55.5 km of cycling trails (7 of them), and over 41.5 km of nature trails (8 of them). Four nature trails are located within our commune: the Turbacz Stream Valley, Na Turbaczyk, Dookoła Dolina Poręby, and the Wodzicki Counts' Manor Park – Chabówka Mountain.

MOUNTAINS
From Podobin, you can climb to the summit of Potaczkowa, where the Millennium Cross is located. From there, you can enjoy a picturesque view of the Beskid Wyspowy Mountains (from the east), Babia Góra (from the west), and the Gorce Mountains (from the south). Going a little further, you can conquer Turbacz, sampling regional cuisine along the way in mountain huts on Maciejowa and Stare Wierchy.

CROSS-COUNTRY SKIING
Running routes near Obidowa, where Justyna Kowalczyk trained, and those around Rabka (to Maciejowa, Luboń, and Stare Wierchy, as well as through the Spa Park).

BICYCLES
Several themed cycling routes are located in Rabka-Zdrój: "Śladami Przyrody Gorceńskiej" (in the footsteps of Gorce Nature) (running across the Krzywonia ridge), "Świat Kolei Retro" (with a visit to the Open-Air Museum of Rolling Stock in Chabówka), and "Tropem Zbójnika Siarki" (Trope of the Sulfur Robber) (running through Maciejowa).
