Our house is a haven for those who don't like to sit still but love to return to soulful interiors. Because while the building blends seamlessly into the rural landscape from the outside, a little magic awaits you inside. The heart of the house is the traditional tiled kitchen and an ancient sideboard, which instantly create a cozy atmosphere.

But the absolute star is the bathtub – the copper, freestanding bathtub hidden under the roof. It's here that a simple bath after skiing or a walk becomes a royal ritual. And if you prefer the stars above, you can regenerate in the garden in the sauna and hot tub.

Jacnia also has its own unique feature: its own salt graduation tower, where you can breathe iodine in the middle of the forest. Come and experience the local slow life with the scent of pine, the warmth of hot tiles, and the taste of buckwheat.

We offer you a house that is part of an old settlement, but inside offers complete modern comfort. This space is designed to make living here comfortable, even for a larger group. Here are the details:

Sleeping and Bathrooms: Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms and, importantly, two bathrooms. One has a bathtub, the other a shower. This means no one's tapping their feet in the morning, even if you arrive with all of your family.

Community Living: Downstairs is the heart of the house. Here, you'll find a living room with a fireplace, a large table perfect for board games, and a kitchen with everything you need for cooking. From the living room, you can step straight onto the terrace for coffee overlooking the forest.

Relaxation and the Garden: Your favorite part of the day awaits you: the sauna and hot tub under the stars. The grounds are fully fenced, so children and dogs can run around safely, and you can enjoy peace and quiet.

In our kitchen, you'll find everything you need to cook, but let's be honest – you don't always want to be stuck at the stove on vacation. That's when you head out into the countryside, and Jacnia and the surrounding area offer plenty to choose from:

Mama Restaurant: This is a local legend right on your doorstep. They serve honest, home-cooked meals so no one leaves hungry. It's comfort food in its purest form – exactly what you dream of after a day on the slopes.

Chata Rybaka: Being in Roztocze and not having the trout at Bondyrz is like not being there at all. The fish is fresh, home-bred, and tastes best in this atmospheric setting.

Przystanek u Gruzinki: A summer hit for those looking for a change from Polish flavors. Aromatic khachapuri and Caucasian spices are perfect for a summer stroll.

Jacnia is a phenomenon. It may seem like a quiet village in the Roztocze region, but it has more attractions than many noisy towns. Boredom is out of the question, unless you're looking for it yourself.

Water and beach: The Jacnia reservoir is the summer center of activity. There's a beach and a guarded swimming area, so parents can relax, knowing their children are safe.

For active people: A rope park is right next door. It's a proven way for kids to run around and for adults to get a little adrenaline going. If you prefer peace and quiet, there are kilometers of forest paths for walking or cycling.

Health in the forest: We have our own salt graduation tower. Inhaling iodine surrounded by pine trees is the best gift for your lungs and a brilliant way to unwind.

Winter on the slopes: This is our ace up our sleeve. Jacnia has its own ski slope, so instead of waiting in traffic at the lift, you can just go skiing. And in the evening, a bonfire or a sleigh ride is a must.

Jacnia is a huge playground for the youngest, but with real nature as a backdrop. Here, children simply disappear outside and only return for a meal.

Water and exercise: In summer, life revolves around the reservoir. A designated area with a lifeguard offers peace of mind for you, and for the kids, a safe water playground. A large playground is right next door, so boredom is out of the question.

Adventure in the forest: Older children will likely choose the ropes course or forest trails. The forest is right outside, so mushroom picking or trail hunting are commonplace here.

Winter: When the snow falls, Jacnia transforms into a small sports center. We have a ski slope perfect for learning to ride and sleigh rides that the kids will remember for months.

Home base: And when the weather calls for staying inside, the cottage becomes the perfect hideaway. Board games for family tournaments await, and a projector that transforms the living room into a private cinema in minutes.

Workspaces: A large table in the living room comfortably accommodates laptops and documents. When you need to retreat, the dressing table in the bedroom is perfect.

Office with a view: On warm days, move to the terrace. Answering emails with a forest view and birdsong sounds much better than in an office building.

Connectivity: We know videoconferencing shouldn't be interrupted, so we've ensured fast Wi-Fi. It works reliably both at home and in the garden.
