People, sheep, dogs, and cats live in harmony in this ecosystem. If you enjoy places where life goes on as before, we invite you to expand your community. Families with children are eager to visit us, as we have children ourselves, and the little ones never get bored here. Besides the playground, they have plenty of space, a volleyball court, and the entire richness of rural life to discover. Remember, however, that the habitat is located by ponds, and you need to keep an eye on the little ones. You can show the older ones the secrets of fishing, and who knows, maybe they'll break the record of a boy who once came to visit us for vacation. When we woke up, he was already sitting by the pond with a fishing rod, and when we went to bed, he was still fishing. If you prefer the pasture to the pier, you can follow Odin, our shepherd, towards the hoofed inhabitants of the settlement. Perhaps they'll let you help yourself to a carrot? One thing is certain: you won't experience boredom here, except for the kind you allow yourself. Garbate Mazury is perfect for cycling trips, and we are located on the Green Velo bicycle route. You can go to the Romincka or Borecka Forests or ride to Lake Gołdap. In winter, 1 km from here there is a ski slope on Piękna Góra. And in every season, whether you spend the day actively or at home, you will be welcomed in the evening by a sauna included in the price of your stay. Come and see how interesting life in the Masurian countryside can be.

The buildings of the Wooden Settlement form a classic square layout, reminiscent of ancient settlements. A cozy courtyard is located within – an ideal place for quiet mornings, children's play, and relaxation amidst nature.

Guests have access to a detached cottage and two apartments with independent entrances. Nearby are a sheepfold and a sauna building with a pier overlooking a pond.

Our apartments and cottages feature equipped kitchenettes.

You can sample local specialties at the Piękna Góra restaurant, located approximately 1 km from the settlement, directly accessible via the Green Velo bike path. Breakfast is available there from early morning hours. Breakfasts and lunches can also be ordered for delivery. Guests receive a discount on meals.

You won't be bored in our Village – even though everything moves slowly :).

You can fish in the ponds, go SUPing, play volleyball, or relax in a hammock with a book. In the evenings, we enjoy gathering around the campfire. For those seeking relaxation, there's a sauna and a hot tub, perfect for a quiet evening under the stars.

The Green Velo cycling trail is less than 400 meters away. This location will satisfy both those seeking peace and quiet and those who prefer active recreation. The Garbate Masuria region, where our Village is located, offers many places worth seeing: the pyramid in Rapa, the Borecka and Romincka forests, salt graduation towers, the bridges in Stańczyki, and much more. Nearby is Piękna Góra (272 meters above sea level), which offers a beautiful view of the surrounding area. The views can be admired from the revolving café located at its summit.

In winter, Piękna Góra offers a ski slope, making our location an ideal location for those looking to ski in Masuria.

We are pleased to announce that our facility has been awarded the MPR (Cyclist-Friendly Place) recommendation on the Green Velo Eastern Cycle Trail.
This means that we have successfully passed the verification process conducted by the Green Velo trail auditors. We were assessed for "cyclist-friendly" criteria, and our offer includes services dedicated to cycling tourists.

A playground with a beautiful playhouse awaits the kids. Younger kids will surely enjoy interacting with the animals: our sheep, cat, and dog live here. If they're interested, they can feed the sheep. And if you enjoy fishing, you can join the kids in our stocked pond. We also have a volleyball court and a space for evening bonfires.

We have pretty good internet, which will allow you to work remotely if necessary. The apartments don't have desks, but you can sit at the dining table or on the couch with your laptop.
