They say Ponidzie is a Polish Tuscany. It undulates with colorful carpets of fields on hills, reminiscent of the landscape of central Italy. Lush green in spring and yellow with rapeseed, the expanses transform into golden fields of grain with the arrival of summer. Few people outside the Świętokrzyskie region have heard of Ponidzie. And that's a good thing, because this land, stretching between Kraków and Kielce, reveals its riches to those eager to discover them. Those curious about unknown reserves with limestone gorges, steppe landscapes, and a river that seems to flow a little too slowly.

It is from the lazy Nida River, with its many meanders and backwaters, that our land takes its name. On the river lies the picturesque, historic town of Pińczów, whose origins date back to a 12th-century quarry. We also owe our spectacular location to the rocks formed by ancient seas. Lake Podkowa was created by flooding a gypsum mine, which makes it exceptionally transparent and gives its waters a turquoise color. Here, a few hundred meters from the border of the Nadnidziański Landscape Park, is our place. Comfortable, modern and carefully designed houses are a summer resort for today. It allows you to enjoy access to the lake (with its own beach!) and take advantage of delightful comfort. We guarantee that you will lack nothing on site. Come and see Ponidzie from its best side.

The cottages are situated on a picturesque reservoir, known locally as "Horseboot Lake."

There are five cottages on the property, each differing in several details, including location and additional amenities. Each cottage offers a slightly different view, depending on the location, but all have been finished to the same high standard.

Each cottage features an open-plan living room with a dining area and kitchenette. A sliding door leads directly from the living room to a terrace with lounge furniture. A spacious bathroom with a shower is located on the ground floor. Each living room has a comfortable sofa bed for two people.

Cottage 1 is located closest to the beach. Guests have access to one bedroom and a mezzanine. The cottage is equipped with a fireplace.

Cottage 2 has two bedrooms upstairs and a fireplace.

Cottages 3, 4, and 5 also have two bedrooms. A jacuzzi tub is located right next to the terraces of these houses.

We do not serve meals at the resort. However, the kitchens in the cottages are very well-equipped. The kitchenette includes an induction cooktop, a refrigerator with a small freezer, an electric oven with a microwave, and a dishwasher. Guests also have access to a fully equipped display cabinet, which includes plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, platters, and glasses for wine and spirits – everything you need for a shared meal or an evening toast.

To experience local flavors, we also prepare baskets with local specialties. These baskets include cheeses, honeys, oils, preserves, eggs, and cold cuts. These baskets are delivered for an additional fee and require prior ordering from the host.

We encourage you to use our sauna – the perfect place to relax after a day spent outdoors. You can book and pay for your session with the property manager, and pick up your bathrobes there.

For additional relaxation, we invite you to use the jacuzzi available in selected cottages. Please inform the reception if you wish to use it, as it is available for a fee.

We offer wood, briquette, and gas grills, as well as large banquet tables, perfect for shared meals and evening gatherings. For cooler evenings, we have provided blankets to make your time spent outdoors even more enjoyable.

All guests are welcome to use the beach. Each cottage is equipped with two loungers and an umbrella, making relaxing by the water even more enjoyable.

There is a communal bonfire area on the property – perfect for evening gatherings. Sausage sticks and firewood are included in the price and available from the host.

Additional attractions available to our guests include kayaking on the Nida River, hiking, fishing, mushroom picking, and cycling.

Beyond our resort, guests can visit the Złota Wieś Vineyard, where they can book local wine tastings and production process demonstrations, visit the Grodzisk Stradów viewpoint, or climb St. Anne's Hill in Pińczów, from where they can admire a beautiful panorama of the city.

The graduation tower located in Busko-Zdrój Spa Park is one of the most modern structures of its kind in Poland, so if you're in the area, it's also worth visiting this beautiful spa town.

With children in mind, we've prepared several outdoor attractions on-site, including a trampoline, swing, and slide.

We also recommend visiting the obstacle-filled rope park in the Busko-Zdrój spa park. It's a fun attraction for the whole family, with routes available at various difficulty levels.

For animal lovers, we recommend a trip to the Forest Shelter in Grochowiska, where children can feed alpacas or take pony rides.

For those who have the opportunity to work outside the office, we provide internet access in every cottage and room, ensuring peace and quiet, and beautiful views. WiFi is also available on the terrace and under the gazebo.
