What do St. John's wort, angelica, oregano, or tansy smell like? Like the Bieszczady Mountains. Resin, nettles, wet leaves, mint, warm grasses, and the smoke from a bonfire. Add to that warm, homemade bread with fresh butter and rosehip jam bubbling in a pot – and that's how we created the Angel's Retreat. In these three houses nestled among mountain forests, you'll find such peace that you might even hear the Ubożętas, who, according to local Boyko legends, watch over all the local homes. After a day of hiking through mountain pastures, cycling, horseback riding, or water rides, you'll relax in comfortable surroundings. Prepare a meal from local ingredients and relax with a coffee on the terrace. Or perhaps you'd prefer to light a bonfire, cook in a cast-iron cauldron, and spend long hours by the fire? In a wanderer's style, with a guitar under the starry sky? We'll be happy to provide you with organic cheeses, cold cuts, and fish, or slightly magical, yet completely homemade, syrups, liqueurs, and fruit preserves. Don't forget to experience the luxury of a sauna or jacuzzi, but above all, immerse yourself in the forests, grasses, and herbs. Here, the true spirits of the Bieszczady Mountains will find you.

I'm a volcano of positive energy and an ambassador of regional heritage. I'll not only hand you the keys, but also welcome you with conversation, warm bread with fresh butter, and the best of my pantry. And my pantry is a true treasure trove filled with the gifts of the forest, meadow, and garden—healing juices, syrups, preserves, and jams prepared according to old recipes. I'll bring organic cheeses, cold cuts, and fish to your tables, because I believe the fastest way to the heart is through the stomach. I'm not only the hostess of ZACISZ ANGIOŁA (ANGEL'S RETREAT), but also your personal guide to the Bieszczady Mountains, fragrant with forest and true freedom. On my native land, I create a space where everyone can feel at home, and time slows to the pace of growing herbs. Thanks to my passion for herbalism and my love for local tradition, which I've infused into every corner of this homestead, a rural, idyllic, angelic, and magical place has been created.
