Every day is the best, because each one begins with feeding an alpaca carrots. So how could days spent in the company of alpacas compete? The cottage in Sad is part of a larger complex of cottages, but it's the most secluded one, farther away from the neighbors. Its comfort and spacious garden, however, don't compromise access to all the attractions that await you here: a seasonal swimming pool, volleyball court, and ping-pong. And the cherry on the cake: entertainment for children, which will allow you not only to sip a warm coffee but maybe even take a walk together. If the walk is long enough, you'll reach the beach. We're about 1.5 km from the secluded beach in Ulinia, which can be deserted even in high season. But what a distance! Through the forest bordering the Mierzeja Sarbska Reserve, among picturesque forests and a wealth of peat plants. So if you are looking for a place for a holiday with children that will take the worry out of your time, we invite you. You can exchange the hustle and bustle of seaside resorts for the scent of coniferous forests, walks on the dunes and beaches known only to the initiated.

The house in Orchard was created for a peaceful retreat—one where the day begins slowly and ends with a long evening on the terrace. On the ground floor, there's an open-plan space for communal activities: a kitchen, dining room, and living room with a TV and access to the terrace, where morning coffee and summer dinners are especially enjoyable. There's also a bathroom and plenty of space to simply relax.

Upstairs, you'll find two cozy bedrooms. Each has a double and a single bed, making the house perfect for both families and groups of friends.

Air conditioning with a heating function ensures year-round comfort, but what's most memorable is sleeping under bedding made from 100% alpaca wool. Natural, soft, and hypoallergenic, it adjusts to the temperature and ensures exceptionally good sleep.

On summer mornings, we invite you to a leisurely buffet breakfast—smelling of fresh bread, good coffee, and local flavors. It's time to sit down, soak up the first rays of sunshine, and plan your day at your own pace.

And when it's time for something more substantial, a short stroll around the grounds will take you to Krowie Zdrowie—a place with delicious burgers that taste best after a day by the sea or a long walk in the neighborhood.

The closest thing to nature is a wide, unspoiled beach where, even in the height of the season, you can find a quiet spot all to yourself. A few steps from the shore, the wreck of the West Star lies in the sea—a place that adds even more mystery and coastal atmosphere to this landscape.

Every morning begins with a visit to our alpacas. Feeding carrots together quickly becomes a favorite ritual for both the youngest and older guests.

The area is best explored slowly: by bike, along forest paths, and trails leading through fragrant forests and coastal areas. And upon returning, you can soak in the heated pool, relax in the sauna, or sit under the shelter with a cup of coffee.

For children, we have prepared a playground, a trampoline, and summer entertainment, while for everyone else, we have a beach volleyball court, ping-pong and foosball tables, a bonfire area, and a barbecue, perfect for long evenings outdoors.

Children have their own little world of freedom here—mornings spent feeding the alpacas, afternoons spent in the heated pool, and evenings filled with fun on the playground or trampoline. There's also a sandbox, plenty of greenery, and space to run barefoot, build, explore, and simply be close to nature.

While it's easiest to slow down here, Ulinia Zacisze also works well with remote work. The peaceful surroundings, abundant greenery, and quiet promote focus, and the comfortable space allows you to combine work with true relaxation.

Between meetings, you can head out to the terrace for a coffee, take a short walk in the forest, or simply catch your breath on a lounger. In the evening, instead of the city, enjoy a sauna, a bonfire, and the rustle of trees. It's a good place to work a little slower and with a much more enjoyable experience.
