The most famous mountain bandits hid in the Beskid Wyspowy Mountains, as well as a still-undiscovered Inca treasure, supposedly buried beneath Tropsztyn Castle in Wytrzyszczka. But you don't have to flee the law or curse those who seek you – simply come to one of our two (and soon three) wooden cottages in a forest clearing in Czchów. Not long ago, this was just thickets of wild rose and hawthorn, but today it's a hideout for those seeking tranquility with mountain views. Inside, the scent of wood fills the air, and outside, the trails beckon – start by taking a walk towards the Czchów tower, with its views of the Dunajec River and Lake Czchowskie. Have you worked up an appetite for more? Hop on your bikes and ride along Velo Dunajec. Don't forget to visit Tropsztyn Castle and the 12th-century church in Tropie. In the evenings, like those legendary bandits, sit by the fire, hidden from the world, and regale yourself with tales of treasures you've discovered along the way. Neither the forest nor the mountains will reveal your secrets.

My name is Monika, and together with my husband, Tomek, we've fulfilled our dream of running a place where we can offer relaxation to people who value privacy and close contact with nature. The plot where our cottages are located was once a wild, overgrown hill. The vast majority were various species of trees, often covered in moss, as well as wild roses. During construction, we cut down only the bare minimum of trees to preserve the unique atmosphere of this place. We opted for wooden cottages to best blend with the surrounding forest. Tomek, a roofer who loves working with wood, handled all the construction work from the ground up. We want you to remember your time with us as lazy and slow.
