Far away, far away, in a small village in the south, two people from two different corners of Poland have begun renovating a wooden house built from two former Lemko huts. Its history dates back to 1937, but you're probably curious about what there is to do here today. Well, everything and nothing. Ideally, nothing. Let's agree that we'll cook you some home-cooked vegetarian food, while you relax amidst the greenery, with a book after breakfast and a nap before dinner. Meanwhile, your whole herd of kids and pets will be pampering in the garden. The next day, maybe a bike ride, maybe a horseback ride, maybe someone will jump on a SUP, or take the family for a light hike in the hills. Maybe, but not necessarily, take your time, full of chillax.

We offer breakfasts and dinners upon request, prepared with local ingredients – with picky eaters in mind, children can eat at a discounted rate. Hi! This is Agata and Jakub. We met in Krakow, where we each lived for a long time, and our families are from two different parts of Poland: Szczecin and Brzozów. We started renovating our house in Lipnica Wielka in 2019 and slowly dreamed of moving here. The house itself has a long history dating back to 1937. The large house was built by combining two Lemko houses that had been relocated.
In addition to our human inhabitants, our herd also includes two dogs, one cat, and five ducks. We cook vegetarian meals daily, using local produce and whatever grows in our garden.
We called our house Czilaks Holiday Home. Why? Perhaps because it's so relaxing here. Our neighbors are the Beskid Niski and Sądecki Mountains. There are plenty of great cycling and leisurely hiking trails nearby. However, you can also simply sit on the terrace and relax among the greenery, with or without a book.
The house is located near the forest, but in a village, in one hamlet: Podlesie. Our neighbors are farmers, so don't be surprised if you occasionally hear the sound of a tractor or the neighing of horses. We'd be delighted to welcome you! If you'd like to bring your pet, please let us know when booking.
