If you feel it's high time to pamper yourself, where better than in one of Poland's oldest spa towns? Lądek-Zdrój, of course, has health in its name and awaits you with its mineral waters, strolling paths, and Baroque monuments. Strolling across a bridge similar to the Charles Bridge in Prague and bathing in the marble pools, you can feel like Habsburg princes. And in our villa, known before the war as Arcadia, whose history of hosting weary tourists dates back to at least the 19th century, we await you with comfort, the best company, and nourishing vegetarian breakfasts.

Since a healthy mind resides in a healthy body, we also recommend a healthy dose of exercise. We encourage our guests to discover the gems of the Kłodzko region, and we're sure to suggest places you didn't know about. Hiking trails and singletrack bike paths begin right outside our door. We have three loops that will satisfy cyclists of all skill levels: Orłowiec for those who enjoy steeper descents, Zdrój for leisurely family rides, and Trojak in the forest. Join us with friends, family, or as a couple. And if you'd like to organize a larger group, we have room for that too.

Our villa can accommodate 28 guests in 10 rooms. We have 4 apartments for 2-4 people and 6 double rooms. Each room has a private bathroom and tea and coffee making facilities.

At our villa, we serve delicious vegetarian breakfasts, with a different baked good every day.

The nearest restaurant is just across the street, and the spa town center, with its several restaurants and cafes, is only a 5-minute walk away.

Our villa boasts a library full of books and games. We have plenty of new releases. There's also a mini reading room, where you can always pop in if you're feeling bored. For active people, we have hiking and biking trails, which you can hit right outside our villa. In winter, the nearest slope is a 5-minute drive away, and a larger ski resort is just a few minutes away. The Kłodzko region boasts six peaks belonging to the Crown of Polish Mountains. For inclement weather, there are two mines and two caves nearby, as well as a host of other attractions – the Kłodzko Fortress, the Gottwaldówka Open-Air Museum, Marianna Orańska's Palace, the Mineral Museum, the Alchemical Forge, and more.

Our villa has a fantastic playroom where kids love to spend hours. In the summer, you can enjoy the garden with loungers and hammocks, and the kids can have fun on the climbing dome or trampoline. The nearest reservoir is just a 10-minute drive away. The area also offers plenty of attractions for every season, including the Gold and Uranium Mines, Bear Cave, and Radochowska Cave.

Our rooms feature work desks and super-fast fiber-optic internet. Willa Bywaj Zdrój is the perfect place to work. In the morning, you'll be greeted with a delicious breakfast, and after work, there's a wealth of activities to enjoy.
