"Hello, hello! This is the bird radio in the birch grove, broadcasting from bird country." Do you ever feel like caged birds in your daily life? Can't spread your wings? Have you forgotten the sound of the forest, yet you have a veritable bird radio in your head? Then we invite you to the Podlasie habitat – everyone: colorful birds, bluebirds, early risers, and owls.
Here you can get your hands dirty with paint or dirt and regain your sense of agency. We have silence, a forest, and a welcoming space for your kids and pets. Plus, evening bonfires and healthy, vegetarian breakfasts made from the produce of our garden. You can simply be here, read, lie in a hammock, and stroll along the forest paths. We can also arrange joint creative activities or morning yoga. You'll stay in a cozy former stable filled with natural materials and fabrics. It's a place to relax, work, and quiet the noise in your head. The birds are chirping that you'll fly away from here in full bloom.

Twelve years ago, I left my life in Warsaw and Berlin and moved to Podlasie. It wasn't an escape, but a conscious choice – a return to a place that has always been close to me.
I'm originally from Podlasie, and Supraśl, a city I dreamed of since I was a girl, is nearby. I've always been drawn to borderlands – places where different cultures, religions, and histories meet, where nothing is clear-cut and everything intertwines.
I'm a painter, a graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts. Painting has been with me since childhood – it began during illness and hospital stays, when it was a natural way for me to cope and connect with myself.
For years, I was present in the world of galleries and exhibitions, and this experience was important to me. Over time, however, I began to be drawn more and more towards contemplation, simplicity, and a deeper presence in the creative process – closer to icons, silence, and encounters with others.
Today, painting is my main path, and other forms emerge around it – sometimes song, sometimes movement, sometimes being together in simple activities that have always been a part of human life.
I live here with my son Antoni and my cats Zośka and Eliasz. I chose this place because it provides the space I need – less stimuli, more breathing space, silence, and mindfulness. And that's precisely the kind of space I create for those who visit us.
