At a glance
The Lipiec region is one of the wildest parts of the Bieszczady Mountains, where Boyko traditions lasted the longest. The Boykos lived in harmony with the seasons, cultivating the surrounding lands and cultivating a spirituality strongly connected to nature. Streams flow from here, flowing into the Dniester and onward to the Black Sea, and the stones from the Lipiec Stream and the linden trees growing under the churches had a protective power. It is in Lipiec that our charming, lovingly rebuilt house stands, made entirely of natural materials and eco-friendly, waiting for you, those longing for the Bieszczady climate off the beaten track.
Of course, there's the stove, home to the Domowik, the Bieszczady's protective house spirit. You'll need to stoke it on colder days to make it favorable. A field mouse, a marten, or a fly might also visit, as we try not to mow the grass in our beloved meadows amidst the forests. What can we do? Listen to the birdsong and watch the sun's journey across the sky from one of the two terraces. Look for a smooth stone in the stream for good luck. Or set off on foot or by bike along the path through the Lipetsk region to discover the local Orthodox churches, roadside crosses, and other traces of the area's ancient inhabitants. And above all, live a little like them – in harmony with the local wilderness, with respect for the wood and the elements.

We are on-site, we give our guests space and intimacy, but we're always ready to help
Here in the Bieszczady Mountains, we envisioned building our own shared world. And it turned out beautifully :-). Bartek is a man of the forest, while I am a man of the meadows. We share a tenderness for nature and a joy for silence. We offer it to you in abundance. We are open to conversation, but we respect your undisturbed peace here. We invite you to a place where birds roar in spring and crickets in summer.
