How would you describe peace to someone who really needs it? As the smell of the forest and a dense wall of pine trees surrounding you on all sides? Or maybe soothing colors and natural materials that release the senses from being on guard? As a place where you can be together, but everyone will find privacy? Or as giving up tiring logistics, because all you have to do is take the most necessary things and be there in an hour? This is how we imagined peace. We filled it with a house in Popowo-Letnisko, intended for larger groups looking for a break from the capital. Those who need a comfortable place for workshops or want to work together, but don't have time for long journeys and long searches. Ours is simple: 5 bedrooms, each with a double bed, and additionally, sleeping on sofas is optional. For shared evenings, there is a terrace with a tub and a barbecue. You can practice yoga, learn handicrafts at a large table, or slowly celebrate a special occasion. You can enjoy the forest and each other. We invite you.

The house has 5 bedrooms, designed to provide everyone with their own space – whether for couples, larger groups, or families.

There are 3 large double beds and 2 additional beds, which can be configured as one large bed or split into two single beds, depending on your needs.

In addition, the house has 1 single bed and 2 sofa beds, which provide comfortable sleeping spaces for additional guests.

The layout is flexible and allows you to tailor the space to your specific needs – a quiet getaway for two, a family weekend, or a larger group getaway.

The house also has 2 bathrooms – one on the ground floor with a shower and the other on the first floor with a bathtub, ensuring comfort even for larger groups.

Guests have access to a large, fully equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking together – leisurely breakfasts, long dinners, and everything in between.

Outdoors, there are two grills – one in the garden, perfect for classic grilling, and the other on the terrace, where you can also bake a pizza and turn the evening into a small, home-cooked feast.

If you prefer a break from cooking, Bar Borowik is nearby – a place known for its delicious, home-cooked Polish cuisine. Catering is also available on site.

The most action here is… unplanned.

A bubble bath awaits on-site, which is best relaxed in the evenings – when it's quiet, and all that's left is the forest and peace.

During the day, you can go for a walk or a longer hike in the surrounding forests – it's a great place to get lost (and disconnect for a while). If you're more active, it's worth bringing your bikes – the area is perfect for leisurely rides.

You'll also find board games at the house for lazy afternoons and long evenings.

And when the day begins to wind down, there are barbecues, cookouts, and conversations that last a little longer than planned.

Guests receive a free starter pack of wood for the fireplace/hot tub. Each additional pack costs an additional 200 PLN and includes 5 bags of wood and kindling.

The forest around the house is a space for running, building bases, collecting sticks, and dreaming up your own adventures. You can follow tracks, picnic on the moss, or simply disappear for a few hours and return with pockets full of "treasures."

There are also board games at home, perfect for quieter afternoons and evenings.
And if you add a campfire or barbecue to the mix, the kids usually won't even have time to say "I'm bored."

It's a good place for a change of pace—and perspective.
The large table, common space, and fast Wi-Fi are conducive to teamwork, workshops, or a quiet "workation." You can brainstorm here in the morning and then switch it up for a walk in the woods in the afternoon.
It's also a great space for intimate company retreats—team bonding sessions, team meetings, or creative sessions that culminate in a cookout, a barbecue, or an evening in the hot tub.
No corporate atmosphere, no pressure—but a space that allows you to catch your distance and return with renewed energy.
